SCP objects pose a significant threat to global security. Various world organizations are working to protect humanity from various extraterrestrial threats, as well as threats from other dimensions and universes. D: Class D is assigned to personnel used to work with Keter class objects. Warning: D-Class personnel working on one site must not have contact with D-Class personnel working on another site, or contact with SCP personnel. Class D personnel are recruited from prisoners. Preference is given to those sentenced to capital punishment, but in case of extreme shortage of the latter, implementation of Protocol 12 may be authorized. Protocol 12 allows staff to be recruited from unproven prisoners and those convicted of lesser crimes. All D-Class personnel are to be eliminated on the first of every month and new personnel are to be recruited to replace them. Once in residential quarters, personnel are permitted to contact D-Class personnel only through the intercom system. All D-Class personnel are required to take a daily lie detector test with a score of at least 1800. Failure to complete the check will result in the destruction of the employee. Failure to pass the test will result in the employee’s termination. Level 3: Primary security personnel at Site-19 or other SCP storage sites have this level of clearance and have access to all non-Kether class SCP objects.
Level 4: Command Staff; access to all non-Kether class SCP objects is granted.
Level 5, O5-X: Caretaker clearance granted only to SCP Foundation leaders. "X" indicates a number from 1 to 13 (eg O5-7). O5 level personnel have access to all SCP objects and all data associated with them. However, given the nature of their position, O5-level personnel are not permitted to have direct contact with SCP objects and may not enter SCP object storage areas under any circumstances.
Administrative service
The administrative service, led by the O5 Council, provides general management of all areas of the Foundation’s activities at all levels. Department of External Relations (ODR)

It is the OBC that develops cover for Foundation agents and institutions located in densely populated regions. Department of Internal Security (IDS)

Security service

Logistics service is engaged in the distribution of material, financial and labor resources among the institutions of the Fund. There is a complex system of prioritization and importance classes that is used when distributing certain resources; the highest priority, as a rule, goes to transported SCP objects of any class and the resources necessary to contain them. The "Secure" classification is assigned to objects or subjects that are stored securely and efficiently. “Safe” may require certain containment measures, but this does not mean that dangerous situations are expected. Euclid-class objects can be used for the benefit of the SCP Foundation or humanity, however, due to their unusual nature, such use may have unforeseen consequences. "Euclid" can be reclassified as "Safe" if it is possible to understand the mechanism of its operation or develop containment measures that completely exclude the possibility of the object exhibiting its properties. On the other hand, there is a possibility that the object will be upgraded to Keter.
An object of the Euclid class can be compared to a wild animal that can either attack or pass by.

Sector 36-A1 is not designed to contain Keter class objects. More complete information can be obtained from the registration desk.
