4. Brief description of production process based on RFID technology
1) Raw materials out of warehouse
The raw materials enter the large iron baskets and pass through the warehouse door (fixed or access door) to bind the basic information of the raw materials. Complete the delivery.
2) Enter the processing workshop for production
After the raw materials are out of the warehouse, they are sorted to various transfer baskets and enter the processing workshop for production. Each processing procedure is equipped with fixed readers, and personnel are equipped with scanners, computers or PDAs for data association of tags and QR codes.

1) Raw material information
After the large iron baskets and transfer baskets are checked into the file, the operator logs in to the system and uses the reader to issue a hard RFID management tag (reusable). The tag includes the name of the raw material, the storage time, the serial number, and the lot number. Farmer number, total batch quantity, batch basket number and other information, and then fix the label in the basket, so far the system records the label file completion.
2) Input of raw material processing process information
According to the order information, the operator sorts and checks the raw materials and loads them into the transfer baskets with RFID tags, passes through the outbound gate, uses a fixed reader to read the information on the tags, confirms the outbound and writes into the production plan, such as The delivery time, production plan number (associated with the batch number) and other relevant information, the delivery registration is completed, and the production planning link is entered.
3) Information input of production process links
The big baskets arrive at the processing workshop, and the raw materials are distributed to each transfer basket and enter the production process: cleaning process-peeling process-slicing process-drying process-grading process-packaging process. Install fixed readers in each process to read raw material information, attach codes in batches and make relevant associations. Printing and sticking the self-adhesive QR code in the grading and grading process, sampling the products, and completing the production after packaging. 4) Empty basket to return to registration
The empty baskets of the production line are returned for registration and re-read through the process interval without manual data input. Work efficiency and data quality can be greatly improved.

When the transfer basket is scrapped or damaged, the operator needs to read the RFID management tag information attached to the transfer basket, confirm the information and log in to the system to modify the status of the transfer basket.
