This system uses UHF RFID, GPRS, WiFi and other Internet of Things technologies. 1. Production of representative card: The size of the representative card is customized according to the requirements of the conference organizer, and the electronic label is encapsulated in the representative card. According to the requirements of the conference organizer, the name and theme of the conference, the organizer, the organizer, and the co-organizer are printed on the front of the representative card.
2. Information registration: Before the meeting, enter the name, unit, title, mobile phone number and other information of the attending representatives reported by each participating unit into the meeting management system database in advance.
