RFID fare collection system for Langshan Scenic Area in Hunan
[ad_1]
Langshan is located in Xinning County, Hunan Province. It is connected to Guilin to the south and Zhangjiajie to the north. It is the most typical Danxia landform scenic spot in China and a national key scenic spot. Guangzhou Qier Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. designed an economical and practical RFID ticketing system for the special scenic environment of Langshan.
1. Problems in Langshan Ticket Management
(1) The financial statistics of tickets are confused.
The mountain Taoist ropeway, battery car, parking lot and other places are all charged independently, and the ticket price cannot be monitored. “Accounts”, “tickets”, and “number of tickets” are often not unified, and the financial statistics work is complicated and there are as many as nine financial staff.
(2) The aboriginal people on the mountain and the staff of the scenic spot led a group into the scenic spot privately, resulting in a serious loss of ticket payment.
(3) During Golden Weeks and holidays, the number of tourists surged, and the staff of the scenic spots were unable to quickly divert the crowds without guaranteeing the authenticity of the tickets, resulting in a blockage of people at the entrances of the scenic spots.
(4) The management of self-driving tours. Many self-driving guests come to play with a family of five. He asks two children to “peek-a-boo” to pay for the tickets for only three people, which makes the managers quite helpless.
(5) Langshan Scenic Area used traditional paper tickets in the past, which are extremely easy to counterfeit. Later, some anti-counterfeiting methods such as steel stamping, laser barcode and other anti-counterfeiting methods were added, but the effect was not satisfactory.
In response to the problem of the ticketing system in Langshan Scenic Area, Guangzhou Qier Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. formulated a set of effective electronic ticket solutions for it.
2. RFID electronic tickets completely solve the ticketing problem of scenic spots
(1) One-time paper RFID tickets
①The electronic ticket is embedded with a chip with a globally unique code, which cannot be copied or modified, so the problem of fake tickets is completely solved
②The chip has readable and writable functions. Our company designs a set of ticket management schemes for scenic spots.
In the first step, at the ticket office at the gate of the scenic spot, tourists must prepay all the scenic spots in the scenic spot, including cableways, battery cars, and parking lots, when purchasing tickets.
In the second step, the ticket seller enters the relevant information such as the ticket price, admission time, and tourist type into the chip in the ticket.
In the third step, the tourist holds the ticket to check the ticket at each scenic spot. At each scenic spot, the staff uses the handheld to check the ticket, and at the same time deduct the cost of the scenic spot from the total chip ticket price, and so on. Finally, when the tourist leaves the scenic spot, the tourist presents the ticket to the ticket office to refund the remaining ticket price (the ticket seller uses the reader to read the tourist information and the total cost, and the computer automatically calculates the remaining ticket price).
③Because there is no need to distinguish the authenticity of the ticket with the naked eye, the authenticity of the anti-counterfeiting ticket can be distinguished immediately by placing the anti-counterfeiting ticket close to the handheld machine (POS machine). The pass rate is 0.3 seconds/person, so tourists can be quickly diverted.
④ Self-driving tourists cannot “peek-a-boo” because your car is in the parking lot. When you get off the bus, you must show the e-ticket to the parking lot staff to verify the ticket. If the number of people and the number of tickets do not match, you have to make up for the ticket. In addition, there are no separate tickets for each scenic spot. Personally, if you only buy three tickets, there are two people who can’t visit in a separate scenic spot.
⑤Because the e-ticket is pre-collected, leaving the refund mode ensures that the ticket will not be lost.
⑥ RFID electronic tickets truly achieve computerized ticket management, truly unified “tickets”, “payments”, and “accounts”, greatly reducing the workload, and the number of financial personnel in the scenic area has also been reduced from nine to two.
⑦This RFID electronic ticket uses Mifare Ultralight chip, which is extremely stable and low in price.
(2) IC card tickets made of PVC material
This type of IC card electronic ticket can be used repeatedly to manage special personnel who enter and exit the scenic area many times, such as aboriginals, tour guides, and scenic staff. To prevent these people from selling tickets to ordinary tourists to make money, they must be printed on the tickets. In this way, the uniqueness of the ticket can be guaranteed (the fingerprint verification method can also be used: the fingerprint of the chip ticket holder is input into the chip, and the fingerprint of the ticket holder is compared when the ticket is checked).
The use of the RFID electronic ticket system of Guangzhou Qier Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. not only completely solved the ticketing problem that has long plagued scenic area managers, but also stimulated tourists’ desire for consumption and increased the income of the scenic area because of the method of pre-collecting tickets.
