Product information registration subsystem: The product information registration subsystem is deployed in manufacturing companies and consists of barcode recognition equipment, RFID reading and writing equipment, and corresponding computer software and hardware. In the pressing link of the product, the electronic tags registered in the retrospective anti-counterfeiting system are pressed into the tea cake, and the product’s anti-counterfeiting code is encrypted and then written into the electronic label. 2. Handheld query machine: read one tag at a time, the reading distance is 50MM; small desktop query system: read one tag at a time, the reading distance is 50MM, USB or RS232 interface;
Integrated inquiry machine: Read less than 10 tags at a time, with a reading distance of 200MM, USB or RS232 interface. In the process of designing the technical scheme of this project, according to the characteristics and project requirements of Pu’er tea, many tests and comparisons were made on various technical standards of RFID, and finally the technology and products of HF (13.56MHz) and IS015693 standards were selected. The reasons are as follows:.
First of all, the use of RFID technology for anti-counterfeiting traceability of Pu’er tea products requires the RFID tag to be embedded in the tea cake, and the tag is not easy to be too large, which is difficult to achieve with UHF technology. Secondly, because the project needs to manage Pu’er tea logistics, the RFID technology used needs to have anti-conflict capabilities, and finally the HF ISO15693 standard technology and products are selected. During the development of the project, the development and design of anti-counterfeiting query equipment encountered many unexpected problems. For example, for hand-held inquiry, it is necessary to take into account the requirements of the interface of the mobile phone, the interface of the reader module and the reading distance; the demand for the integrated inquiry machine is to be able to read 7 cakes of Pu’er tea stacked together, etc. After continuous exploration, a series of software and hardware products supporting the system have been developed to basically meet the demand for anti-counterfeiting and traceability of Pu’er tea and achieve the project’s expected goal.
