1. Project background

In the “National Informatization Development Strategy 2006-2020” and “National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan Outline (2006-2020)” promulgated by the country, the “China Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Technology Policy White Paper” issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Sichuan Under the vigorous promotion of policies such as the “Eleventh Five-Year Development Plan for Sichuan Electronic Information Industry” issued by the province, in order to meet the functional requirements of Wuliangye’s high-end products for RFID tags and the application function requirements for RFID management systems, this project was launched in early 2009 , And was delivered in November 2009.
In the early stage of the project, Wuliangye’s high-end brand adopts RFID anti-counterfeiting labels, with an annual consumption of more than 20 million; at the same time, more than 800 sets of multi-functional RFID query identifiers will be launched; ; The project invests about 200 million yuan to build a complete RFID overall solution platform.
2. Project goals and application functions
Through the implementation of the project, the Wuliangye Liquor RFID anti-counterfeiting and traceability management system was completed, and the domestic demonstration application of RFID technology in food anti-counterfeiting was established, including chip design and manufacturing, label packaging, packaging production, warehouse storage, logistics and sales, consumption, and public platforms. A complete set of anti-counterfeiting technologies, tools and methods in each link of verification, complaint and anti-counterfeiting, gradually improve the main functions of RFID technology in food anti-counterfeiting and traceability management, and gradually form industry application standards, which will be the next stage of RFID anti-counterfeiting in my country’s commodity circulation market. The application finds a feasible way.
This project is based on the concept of innovative service applications, driving the RFID industry, and creating new industrial value, with RFID anti-counterfeiting and traceability management as the goal; RFID electronic tag design, mass production and technical services as the basis; RFID reading and writing equipment, application systems and System integration is the key; establish norms and models in the food industry to promote the rapid development of the RFID industry.
