The safety management (monitoring) system of tunnel construction personnel mainly includes: video monitoring system, LED large-screen display system, alarm system for foreign personnel without card, and attendance positioning system.
2.1 Video surveillance system
The wireless network video monitoring system includes front-end video capture equipment, network video codec, WiFi wireless transmission equipment, and back-end monitoring and receiving client software. The former is installed at the main monitoring points of the tunnel to perform signal collection and transmission, and the latter software is mainly installed on the computer in the monitoring room. Monitoring and management. Such as: video, pan-tilt, zoom, recording, voice, alarm linkage and other functions, users with management rights can also set, download, and perform real-time on-demand video recording at any point; the system can also be monitored through a PC browser .
It can be seen that the wireless network monitoring system uses surveillance cameras to monitor the various video points of the tunnel construction site in real time for 24 hours. 2.2 LED large screen display system
The large LED screen is installed near the tunnel entrance to display the information of the construction personnel in real time, so that the management is advanced and transparent. The displayed content includes: tag number, name, time, total number of people, etc., so that leaders and supervisors do not need to enter the tunnel or check the computer in the monitoring room to know the situation of the tunnel construction personnel in time. 2.3 Alarm system for outsiders without card
The system has two implementation options:
1. Highway tunnels and railway tunnels are suitable for using card readers with alarm function to realize the alarm function for people without a card. The card reader has an infrared alarm function. When outsiders or construction workers without a card enter the tunnel alone, the card reader will trigger an alarm after being sensed by infrared, so as to notify the administrator in time. However, when the person without a card and the person carrying the card enter together, the card reader will not alarm.

(3) 24-hour surveillance video linkage function

2.4 Attendance and positioning system
Attendance system: Two card readers are installed in each construction tunnel. One card reader is installed at the entrance of the tunnel entrance, and the other card reader is installed 200 meters inward from the entrance of the tunnel. According to the sequence of the card read by the card reader, the entry and exit of the construction personnel can be judged, and when Entering, when leaving, and how many operators are in the cave can be reflected in the system software and reflected on the large screen, making the attendance status clear at a glance. The construction personnel wear the system attendance card on the inside of the helmet, which can realize automatic attendance without actively swiping the card, which is convenient, labor-saving and highly accurate.
Positioning system: Install 4 card readers in each construction tunnel. Install a card reader at the entrance of the tunnel entrance, install one at a distance of 300 meters from the entrance of the tunnel, and install another unit at a distance of 600 meters from the entrance of the tunnel (to install the positioning system, the length of the tunnel excavation must be ≧600 M), the other one needs to be installed on the trolley to perform real-time identification and positioning along with the trolley operation.
