1. Demand analysis


Huamin Emgrand Building is located in the prosperous area of ​​Beijing West Road, Shanghai, with a total construction area of ​​nearly 190,000 square meters. The building layout is 4 basement floors and 60 floors above ground, including 3 refuge floors, of which 1F~4F are the podium part, and 5F~ 28F is the office building, 29F~57F are the hotel guest rooms, and the security equipment room is set up in the fire control room on the first floor.

Modern buildings are inseparable from modern management methods. Based on the design principles of network integration, versatility, reliability, scalability, and advancement, we designed a non-contact smart card management system to achieve the requirements of Huamin Emgrand Building security and property management.

The Huamin Dihao Building One Card Project mainly includes the following subsystems:

Access control management subsystem
Parking garage management subsystem (designed separately)

Using the induction IC card as the medium, through the means of computer and communication technology, the various facilities in the building are connected into an organic whole. The user can complete the usual settlement of funds and certain control operations with a single card, such as using a card Open access control, use cards for dining, shopping, entertainment, conferences, parking, office, fee-based services and other activities. There is no need to carry multiple keys to open the door like in the past, go to various corresponding departments to pay fees and other complicated operations, reduce cash transactions, etc., to truly realize the “Building One Card”. The entire system can monitor, manage and make decisions on individuals in the system as needed. Each local system and terminal can automatically organize and summarize the collected information for system query, summary, statistics, management and decision-making. It can communicate with each other through the induction IC card, which not only satisfies the independence of the management of various functional departments, but also ensures the consistency of the overall management of Huamin Emgrand Building.

The requirements of Huamin Emgrand One-Card System are as follows:

3. Design principles


The design of the entire system and equipment selection follow the principles of practicality, reliability, scalability and ease of use.

Practicality: The equipment selected in the system does not blindly pursue new technologies and high indicators, but takes user needs as the goal and practicality as the principle, and protects the user’s investment while meeting user needs.
Usability and reliability: The main equipment selected in the plan is Shanghai Yiyuan products, and all products have undergone strict factory inspection to ensure product quality. Strive for simplicity in equipment configuration, reduce unnecessary equipment, and reduce the possibility of system failure.
Scalability: Considering that the user’s future needs will continue to develop, the system has strong expansion capabilities, and can expand hardware equipment and software functions according to user needs to protect the user’s investment.
Ease of use: The system software has a friendly interface, all of which are graphical interface mouse operations. Software design focuses on ease of use, and strives to be easy for users to learn and use.

Four, system design

After analyzing the actual situation of Huamin Dihao Building and carefully studying the engineering drawings, we made the following card system design:

According to the requirements of Huamin Emgrand, the access control system management host is located in the monitoring and control center on the first basement level, and a total of 30 sets of access control equipment are installed in the control area of ​​the Huamin Emgrand Building.

1. Access control management subsystem

The access control system is mainly responsible for the control and management of personnel access to various places in the Huamin Emgrand Building security area, and is used to strengthen the internal management of the Huamin Emgrand Building and the automatic security protection of key places.

The access control management system mainly consists of access control software and hardware. Access control software is mainly divided into access control terminal software and access control management terminal software. The hardware part of the access control system mainly includes access control controllers, card readers, electric locks, etc. The system authorizes the card issuance of the user through the one-card management center. The user swipes the card on the card reader. After receiving the user information sensed on the card reader, the access controller determines the user’s authority, and then makes the action of whether to open the corresponding door lock. The software Part of it can reflect all personnel entry and exit information, door status information and related alarm information in real time.

The access control subsystem management host is placed in the monitoring center of Huamin Emgrand Building, and the access control subsystem module of the all-in-one card management software is installed on the management host, which is responsible for the maintenance and management of the entire access control system; the access control controller is the core component of the system and is responsible for the entire system Input and output information processing and storage, control, etc., in order to facilitate the on-site construction and daily maintenance, the controller is installed in the nearby weak point hoistway of the floor near the access control point. All the controllers are connected through the RS485 bus and connected in parallel to the access control management of the monitoring center Host

The access control system adopts a single-door card reader controller integrated system, and the specific door position table will be confirmed separately.

Main functions of the access control system:

4. Data synchronization and self-check function. All the parameters set on the controller can be synchronized with the host computer, which is convenient for users to manage the entire system.
5. The system realizes the intrusion alarm of each detection point through each door magnetic detection device in the building, and realizes monitoring and management in the software through the door magnetic controller.

5. Main equipment parameters


1. Non-contact IC card (M1)

The proximity card is produced from the RF (RADIO FRDQUENGY) induction recognition technology used in the early industry, after nearly ten years of research and improvement in developed countries in Europe and America. It successfully combines radio frequency technology and IC card technology to solve the problem of passive (There is no power supply in the card) and the problem of contact-free is a major breakthrough in the field of electronic devices. He overcomes the shortcomings of magnetic cards, bar code cards, and photoelectric cards that are exposed to information, low security, short life, easy to wear, and easy to imitate; at the same time, it also overcomes the shortcomings of contact-type IC cards such as poor pollution resistance and large wear.

The proximity card consists of an IC chip and an induction antenna, and is completely sealed in a standard PVC card with no exposed parts. The work is usually done by radio waves between the proximity card and the sensor. Proximity cards can be simply divided into read-write cards and read-only cards according to their chips, namely proximity IC cards and proximity ID cards. The induction IC card system is favored by users because of its superior reading and writing performance and offline operation mode.

The Huamin Emgrand Building Card System will use a non-contact radio frequency IC card, specifically PHILIPS’s Mifare S50 card (M1 card for short).

The technical performance of the M1 card is as follows:

1. M1 card conforms to Mifare international standard, the chip adopts high-speed CMOS EEPROM technology, the capacity is 8K, the data storage period is more than 10 years, it can be rewritten 100,000 times, read unlimited times, and has a long service life.
2. The M1 card does not have a power supply, has its own antenna, and contains an encrypted control logic circuit and a communication logic circuit. The communication between the card and the reading and writing device adopts the internationally accepted DES and RES security cross algorithm, which has extremely high security performance. Strong security.
3. M1 card has a unique 32-bit serial number in the world, divided into 16 sectors, each sector is 4 blocks, the block is the smallest read and write unit, each block is 16 bytes, each sector can be set independently With a set of passwords and algorithms, users can flexibly define the access control of each sector, so that the data of each sector is relatively independent.
4. The working frequency of M1 card is 13.56MHZ, the communication speed is 106KB baud rate, and the typical processing process is <100ms. It also has an anti-collision mechanism and supports multi-card operation.
5. Since the M1 card is divided into 16 sectors, the information of each subsystem can be stored in its own sector. Each sector is relatively independent, which is convenient for the expansion and upgrade of the application system and has a very good system growth.
6. Each sector of the M1 card can independently adopt different encryption algorithms and passwords, effectively ensuring the security of the all-in-one card system.
