We use the “quartz optical fiber + plastic optical fiber” all-optical network access method to build the group’s office building network system.
The office building has 10 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, with a construction area of 42,000 square meters, including underground civil air defense areas, underground garages, exhibition halls, restaurants, offices, meeting rooms and other functional areas. It is a comprehensive office building; another building is built separately next to it There is a lecture hall with two floors and a building area of 1,650 square meters.
Design Principles:
The office building is constructed in accordance with the goals and requirements of the intelligent building, combining complete service facilities, advanced electromechanical equipment, modern office and communication systems, and intelligent management and control modes.
Give full play to the use functions of the main equipment in the building, integrate power supply, air-conditioning facilities, fire alarm, comprehensive security, access control system, etc. into a comprehensive unified system, and implement hierarchical distributed control, centralized monitoring and unified management.
With efficient and fast information communication processing function, it can detect and receive the content of major programs in the world at any time, and publish and exchange information, providing comprehensive and three-dimensional advanced communication methods and services.

The structured integrated wiring system adopts plastic optical fiber wiring in the building and complies with various design and installation standards. One card subsystem:

Among them, garage access management, access control systems and consumer systems are widely used in modern buildings. Access control subsystem:
The system adopts the internationally popular non-contact IC card access control system, which has high security, convenience and cost-effectiveness, is not easy to be copied, has a record of opening the door, and can monitor each door in real time and link with the security system. Compared with the traditional contact IC card, it has the advantages of high reliability and long life. The access control system is transmitted by plastic optical fiber through the TCP/IP Ethernet communication protocol, connected to the back-end plastic optical fiber switch, and communicates with the management center. Electronic Patrol Subsystem:
The patrol system is mainly used for the management of the security personnel in the office building of the group, requiring the security personnel to continuously inspect every important part of the office building of the group according to the patrol route to further strengthen the internal security management of the building and the internal management of the property company . Parking lot management subsystem:

Limited TV subsystem:
The cable TV of this project is mainly set up in canteens, cafes, tea rooms, boxes, elevator halls, meeting rooms, lecture halls and leadership offices, etc., and 230 cable TV potentials are set up.
The system uses 860M two-way adjacent frequency system to transmit the radio frequency signal output by the front-end computer room.
