Solving this problem has become a top priority for the public security and financial departments in crime prevention.

One: System Overview

1: The main hardware components of the system: access controller, iris recognition device, double sign detector, swiping camera, barrier gate, video monitor, electric lock door sensor, etc.

2: System function:

(1) Double-door two-way interlocking function, the personnel entering and exiting the prison passage must perform effective iris recognition to pass the two doors. Each door needs to be authenticated by iris recognition, and any one of the doors cannot pass when there is an illegal entry or exit behavior. . When one door is open, the other door is locked; when an alarm occurs, an emergency button can be used to lock the two doors at the same time; when the detection system generates an alarm signal, the two doors are forced to be closed at the same time. No matter what measures are adopted, the door cannot be opened. Only when the alarm is lifted and the prison control center uses the management software to release the closure, the door can be opened normally. It is safe and convenient to manage the access rights, time of entry and exit, and entry methods through the management computer, which plays a double insurance role.

(2) Anti-following management: set up a buffer barrier area between the first door and the second door to strengthen the control of personnel entry and exit to prevent the trailing person from sneaking through one of the doors illegally. After passing through the first door, the second door can only be opened after passing through this buffer area legally (restricted by the number of people swiping cards). This method will greatly reduce the situation of preventing trailing in and out.

(3) Card swiping camera function: When a person swips a valid card in the buffer area, the channel controller will automatically take the head of the swiper, and the captured image will be saved in the management center database for the record. When it comes out, the camera will capture the image again and save it in the central database. Compare with the first captured image, if all the information matches, the management center staff can release it.

(4) Motion detection and alarm function: In order to further improve the anti-tailing function, an infrared microwave double-sign detector is installed in the buffer zone between the AB gate channels to prevent the trailing person from illegally passing the buffer barrier area test, otherwise the detection alarm will be touched. The access control controller drives the double doors to lock, and at the same time drives the video surveillance alarm, the monitoring room personnel quickly make corresponding processing, and check the true identity of the trailing person.

(5) Anti-coercion function: In the event of an emergency, prison staff may be held hostage by criminals and forced to open the door and let go. In this case, the staff can enter the anti-duress code on the card reader or iris meter to let go. At the same time, the alarm signal has been transmitted to the management center through the channel controller to notify the prison personnel to prepare for rescue.

(6) Time period setting: multiple curfew functions can be realized within 24 hours (time can be set freely), normally open or normally closed, swiping card to open the access control is invalid, must be confirmed by the on-duty policeman to manually open the access control to release, this function can be from Strengthen the management of security measures in terms of time.

(7) System self-check function: when there is a communication line failure, damage to the door, lock body, abnormal identification terminal, power failure of the controller, undervoltage of the backup battery, etc., the system management terminal will promptly respond The alarm signal enables the staff to deal with it quickly.

(8) Remote real-time monitoring function: The AB linkage access control system and the buffer zone barrier system can realize remote and even remote monitoring and corresponding response behaviors in the office area in the case of illegal or abnormal identification of traffic .

2. System introduction

In line with the principle of “strict entry and exit”, all entrances and exits of the gates are verified by the most advanced iris recognition instrument to pass the gates. In the event of a fire alarm or other emergency situations, the full open and full lock functions of all access control systems can be realized through the access control management mechanical buttons or software. After the access control system is powered off, all door locks must be opened manually by the police. According to the actual requirements of prison management, the management mode of AB linkage doors is adopted to realize the linkage and interlocking of double doors, and a buffer area is created between the AB doors. When entering the supervision area in a normal state, iris recognition opens door A, enters the anti-tailing buffer area, and then swipes the card to open the gates, opens door B through iris recognition again, and enters the internal area. When leaving the supervision area, the center will conduct a third-party verification after swiping the card. The center will check whether the personnel in the surveillance video meet the exit authority. If there is permission, the center will remotely control door B through the management software to enter the anti-trailing buffer area and swipe the card Turn on the gate, and if you jump over the gate without swiping your card, the motion detection system will immediately issue an alarm. At the same time, it will link with video surveillance and lock the two doors A and B, preventing the possibility of trying to get A gate through the buffer area illegally. Only through the buffer zone legally can you pass gate A.
