【 Project Description 】
The Second Military Medical University of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army was founded in September 1949 and is affiliated to the General Logistics Department of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. The school’s teaching environment is excellent. The school has a total of more than 10,000 faculty members, covering an area of more than 1.1 million square meters, and a building area of more than 670,000 square meters. It is a key medical university in the country. The establishment of the campus all-in-one card is embodied in the following aspects:
(1) Realize all areas of campus consumption such as canteens, canteens, supermarkets, school hospitals, baths, computers, and entertainment centers within the school, and fully realize “card tokens”.
(2) Solve the problem of personnel access control and identification in important areas of the school, such as the school library, laboratory, network center, office building, and student dormitory gate.
(3) Realize the scientific and reasonable utilization of various service facilities and teaching resources of the school, the needs of distance teaching, and the efficiency of the use and management of comprehensive financial funds.
(4) Fully realize the management of digital security and digital teaching.
1. Consumer system
103 TCP/IP-based DAC-F1 consumer machines were installed in 7 canteens directly under the Second Military University, the School of Continuing Education, and the Family Area. Use the IC card classification to realize the multiple forms of subsidy distribution and identity authentication with multiple identities and multiple cards to realize real-time online consumption, online recharge, and online query.
Install 6 TCP/IP-based DAC SF-F1 consumer machines in educational supermarkets, Liangyou supermarkets, bedding service departments, dry cleaners, barbershops, laundry rooms and other places. Cardholders can install consumer outlets on the campus. Swiping card consumption, instead of cash transactions, all merchants can receive payments in this way, and then regularly settle at the card center.
A total of 7 touch-sensitive inquiry machines on the campus are distributed throughout the campus for teachers and students to inquire. Using C3.net technology to build a unified campus self-service inquiry terminal system, cardholders can implement self-service password modification, recharge, transfer, loss reporting, and inquiries. And make full use of the characteristics of the school network to directly access public information through the WEB site to access authorized personal business inquiries, inquiries and management of consumption details, and can also provide cardholders with 24-hour loss reporting and inquiries through telephone voice services.
2. Energy saving system
231 sets of energy-saving systems were installed in the main courtyard of the school, the bathroom of the secondary education institute and the boiling water room. To control hot boiled water and shower water, use energy-saving controller to use flow meter or timing method to fully realize IC card prepaid water-saving management.
Power control management is carried out in 168 rooms of Building 5 of the Foreign Training Department of the Second Army. The electricity cost of each room can be automatically recharged to each room through the form of subsidy. When the electricity subsidy is consumed, students can recharge the room through the IC card on the self-service recharge machine to restore electricity.
3. Access control system
Implement access control to all important parts of the campus. Access control systems have been installed in important areas of the main campus, the School of Continuing Education, and the Department of Pharmacy, with a total of 24 access control points. Personnel must swipe their card when entering or exiting the above-mentioned areas, and can enter only after the system confirms that they have the right to pass.
