Master plan design
Through field investigations and investigations, in view of the situation of the Canal Bay community parking lot, and combined with the requirements of the parking lot management party, Dashou made the following plan design for the parking lot of the community: The ground parking lot adopts the PM810C parking lot with three ins and three outs. Management system, the underground garage adopts the PM610 parking lot management program with two inputs and two outputs, and is equipped with two modules of monthly card system networking and image comparison. The owner’s car (hereinafter referred to as “moon truck”) is parked in the underground garage.
Temporary vehicles or monthly trucks will trigger the sense of ground when they approach the entrance of the ground parking lot. The owner of the monthly truck will read the monthly card on the control machine at the entrance, and the temporary vehicle will take the card by “reading card”. At the same time, the camera will take pictures of the vehicle and finish reading the card. The rear entrance barrier is raised and vehicles enter the parking lot. When the Moon Truck enters the underground garage, read the card again on the control machine at the entrance. After reading the card, the barrier lifts up and the Moon Truck enters the underground garage smoothly.
When the temporary car leaves the venue, read the card taken at the time of entry on the control machine or hand it to the staff. After paying the fee, the barrier will be raised and the temporary car will exit the venue smoothly; when the monthly truck leaves the venue, the payment process will be eliminated. It’s easier and faster to play. (During this period, the camera will take pictures again, and will automatically provide the staff for comparison with the two photos of entering and exiting the scene. If the inconsistency is found, the system will not let it go.)
Realized function
1. Effective use of parking spaces. The parking lot is divided into temporary parking spaces and monthly truck spaces, but temporary parking spaces are often unable to meet the needs of vehicles. During daytime work, the monthly truck spaces in the underground garage are vacant due to work reasons and are not fully utilized. The two are in sharp contrast . Therefore, big hands make effective use of parking spaces through “wrong time management”, and provide parking spaces out of the sky to temporary vehicles such as tourists or office workers.
2. The front and back entry and exit image comparison function ensures the safety of the vehicle. When entering and leaving the venue, the camera takes pictures of the vehicles respectively. When the vehicles leave the venue, the photos are automatically recalled for the staff to compare. If the information is consistent before and after, the camera will be released, and if the information is inconsistent, the camera will not be released.
3. Vehicles pass in and out quickly. The monthly truck does not need to take the card and directly read the card to enter the site; temporary vehicles do not need to register, only need to read the card to enter the site; when leaving the field, the monthly truck only needs to read the card again to pass quickly, and the temporary vehicle payment adopts the card reading method, which is more convenient Fast.
