1. Project background
In order to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction, the transformation of highway intelligent lighting street lights has also become a top priority. Among them, the Dongguan section of an expressway in Guangdong, the main road is about 41 kilometers, and the branch road is about 15 kilometers. In response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, the use of street lamp wireless intelligent monitoring system hopes to achieve remote monitoring, without affecting the lighting effect. Real-time data collection, fault alarm and statistical analysis of lighting rate, etc., achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
Based on the above transformation requirements of this street lamp system, 2.4G wireless control technology with low cost, significant energy saving and flexible networking characteristics will be the key to this system transformation project. Our company plans to adopt wireless control technology with independent intellectual property rights. To realize the remote intelligent monitoring of highway street lights.
2. System composition
It is mainly composed of a wireless single-lamp controller, an on-site base station and a monitoring center.
The wireless single-lamp controller is installed on each street lamp to connect with the power module and the lamp. It can control the street lamp switch, brightness adjustment, and collect current, voltage, switch status and other working status information. It is a device for direct management of the lamp.
The site base station centrally manages 50 to 200 wireless single-lamp controller devices, and establishes a connection with the background server through GPRS.
The monitoring center is composed of monitoring software and servers, and is equipped with a fixed external network IP address. Issue commands to the site base station through the management and control software to every street lamp in any monitoring network.
