1. Unified budget management by provinces and control of the amount of materials purchased by municipalities. Each city branch must make a demand plan according to the corresponding budget before purchasing;

The main modules of the system include: budget management, demand planning management, province procurement management, municipal warehouse arrival inspection, material out of warehouse, supplier return, inter-city seasoning, material use department return, etc.
