New biomedical RFID label printing system application case
[ad_1]
Case description
With the continuous development and expansion of the barcode application market, the RFID market has been cultivated in recent years, and the promotion of new concepts such as the Internet of Things has quietly begun to test the waters of RFID applications in various industries.
A certain biomedical company in Shenzhen affixed an RFID high-frequency label to the product, and some binary data generated by the system was written into the RFID chip, and the corresponding product information and barcode were printed on the label to facilitate manual identification.
At present, some general-purpose label printing design software basically cannot print high-frequency RFID labels, so it is necessary to customize an RFID label printing system according to customer needs.

System printing function
The 64 segments of the label media, except for the vendor information segment and the key segment, 47 valid storage segments, can be stored at will for customers.
After writing the information, you need to read out whether the valid pairs are consistent or not, the three valid pairs are inconsistent, print one label invalid, and move the paper to the next label.
After the validity is correct, modify the password of the RFID label. The password can be set by the customer. After the password is changed, the information is read out with the key again to verify the validity. If the validity is wrong, the label of this site is invalidated and printed again.
If the label is not enough and the ribbon is used up, the system will automatically interrupt the operation.
