2 Background of Mental Health Center
Shanghai Jiading District Mental Health Center is located in Wangxin Town, Jiading District. It is a second-level mental health specialist hospital in Shanghai. It is responsible for the tasks of medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, rehabilitation, psychological consultation and foreign academic exchanges of mental health in the whole district. Jiading District Disease Prevention and Control Mental Health Sub-center, Jiading District Psychological Counseling Clinic, District Drug Treatment and District Youth Internet Addiction Treatment are affiliated with this center.
At present, the center has nearly 500 patients with mental illnesses, and the number of patients is constantly expanding. Existing medical information facilities are unable to meet the center’s growing information needs, and the quality and efficiency of the center’s medical service management are also correspondingly restricted. There is an urgent need to expand more advanced information methods to assist the center in more comprehensive services and management.

1-1 Radio Frequency Identification Coverage System
System principle
The APS real-time positioning and tracking system uses RFID (electronic tag) applications, and uses electronic tags as the most advanced identification code at present. It has the characteristics of not easy to break, reliable data, long service life, and long effective communication distance. It is an alternative to barcode and infrared identification. Electronic tag (RFID) technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology. Its basic principle is to use radio frequency signals and their spatial coupling and transmission characteristics to realize automatic machine identification of stationary or moving items to be identified.
The radio frequency identification system generally consists of two parts, namely the electronic tag and the reader. In the application, the electronic tag is attached to the object, equipment, and person to be identified. The reader is used to automatically remove the electronic tag in the It is agreed that identification information is taken out or specific information is written, so as to realize the function of automatically identifying items or automatically collecting item identification information.
Because RFID does not require a light path between the tag and the reader, it avoids the shortcomings of other automatic identification systems (such as bar codes). The biggest advantage of RFID is that it can still get a satisfactory read and write speed under the above-mentioned harsh environment. In most cases, it can respond within 100 milliseconds. Electronic fence protection system

The system will take automatic and manual response measures to the alarm signal, record the alarm signal one by one (including the response method, time, and date), and generate a log file for future inquiries.
