The component factory and the project department are equipped with a QR code printer, and the processing factory sends someone to print the QR code of the PC component. By selecting unit buildings, floors, and component types to print QR codes in batches, the work of inputting component information in excel and printing QR codes one by one is reduced. The two-dimensional code is pasted on both sides of the PC component of the processing plant. The production staff of the processing plant associate the chip with the component by scanning the two-dimensional code. After the associated information is synchronized to the server, the platform automatically records the process steps of the component production. On-site staff can view the PC component process information by scanning the QR code, and add the construction process information to the PC component.
