The greenhouse environmental monitoring project of Shenzhen Tsinghua Research Institute is a representative cooperative application of our company’s intelligent temperature and humidity sensor. After in-depth understanding and exchanges, Shenzhen Tsinghua Research Institute finally selected our company as the main partner of their greenhouse environmental monitoring project. The specific requirements of this project:

1. 4 greenhouses, each monitors two channels of air temperature and humidity, two channels of soil temperature and humidity, one channel of carbon dioxide concentration, and one channel of light intensity

2. Display in three places: touch screen (the monitoring PC is far away, wireless transmission is recommended); LED screen displays related monitoring data, about 10 meters away from the host

3. Install the upper computer software on the monitoring PC, and display the monitoring data interface

According to specific requirements, Xinli Technology uses core wireless sensor network technology to select our smart gateway, smart converter, smart temperature and humidity sensor, CO2 and light sensor to achieve real-time and efficient collection of air temperature and humidity, soil temperature and humidity in the greenhouse , CO2 concentration and light intensity, etc., are uploaded to the smart gateway through wireless transmission. The smart gateway processes the data received from the sensor nodes and provides data to the server through RS-485 or Ethernet interfaces to facilitate Monitor the greenhouse environment and handle extreme alarms. The wireless products used in the greenhouse environment monitoring system of Shenzhen Tsinghua Research Institute are:

1. One smart gateway with uplink RS485, downlink 490 and wifi, modbus-rtu protocol

2. One smart converter model: XL66, 490M upstream, used to connect to the touch screen

3. 4 sets of smart converter models: XL96, 490M upstream, 2AI for connecting CO2 and light sensors

4. Light sensor 4 digital light sensors, 485 output

5. CO2 gas sensor 4 digital gas sensors to monitor carbon dioxide

6. 8 smart temperature and humidity sensors monitor air temperature and humidity, up to 490M, modbus-rtu protocol

7. 8 intelligent temperature and humidity sensors monitor soil temperature and humidity, up to 490M, modbus-rtu protocol

9. 1 double-color LED display, with wifi, RS-485

10. XL.view software 1 set of 64 points, network running version

11. 1 set of USB to serial cable is used for the smart gateway to connect to the monitoring server

After rigorous product factory testing and on-site commissioning, the greenhouse monitoring system has achieved the following functions:

1. The monitoring center server installs the host computer software, analyzes and processes the data from the sensor nodes, and displays the parameters of each monitoring point in the greenhouse in a friendly and intuitive graphical manner in real time.

2. Generate real-time curves, historical trend curves, trend curves, data reports, etc. from the collected data, which can store, query, count, analyze, and export and print the data.

3. Relevant monitoring standards can be set, alarm thresholds can be set to prevent and control the occurrence of safety accidents, and to ensure the normal environment of the greenhouse

4. Provide a variety of interface display interfaces, display the monitored greenhouse environmental data on the touch screen and LED screen

1. XL90 Smart Gateway:

·XL90 is suitable for building large-scale sensor networks

· Uplink communication: support ETHERNET, Wi-Fi, GPRS, RS485, etc.

·Communication protocol: support MODBUS RTU, MODBUS TCP, i.XL protocol

·Downlink communication: 490MHz, build star or MESH type network

·Read the data of sensor nodes in the network, and perform protocol conversion, processing and forwarding on the data

2. XL96 smart converter:
