The inverter operation status monitoring project of Ningbo Limeng Technology Co., Ltd. is built using wireless sensor network technology. Select intelligent gateways, wireless converters and other equipment to collect the frequency of the frequency converter, operating status indication and other equipment 485 interface parameters, upload to the intelligent gateway through wireless, and the intelligent gateway will process the received data from the intelligent sensor nodes. After processing, upload the data to the monitoring center server by wired (ETHNET, RS232, RS485) or wireless (WI-FI, GPRS).
The monitoring center server is equipped with a monitoring configuration software system. After analyzing and processing the data transmitted from the intelligent gateway, it can intuitively display or control the parameters of all data monitoring points in the inverter workshop. According to the user’s requirements, the data is stored, and various reports, graphs, trend graphs, etc. are made.
When a new monitoring point needs to be added, it is only necessary to add the corresponding intelligent sensor and configure the new point on the monitoring system, which is convenient and quick, saves cost and time, and has the advantages of good scalability. For third-party smart devices, such as plc, electricity meter and other equipment with 485 interface, these smart devices can be easily and quickly connected to the wireless sensor network through the wireless converter.
If the monitoring parameters of the pipeline network are abnormal and some equipment needs to be started, such as valves, motors and other equipment, wireless measurement and control devices can be used to start the emergency equipment wirelessly in an emergency without pulling cables.
