At 9:00 a.m. on December 2, the launch ceremony of ENN Energy Trading’s “Electronic Lead Seal” was officially launched at Jingbao ENN. The first LNG tanker was sealed and successfully delivered to the user the next morning to complete the unsealing. The electronic seal provided by Shanghai Huiwu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. officially began to be used in all ENN’s own LNG factories and cooperative factories, ENN Logistics Transportation capacity and third-party transportation capacity are in service, providing customers with safe, convenient and efficient LNG supply.

It is understood that the electronic seal designed and manufactured by Shanghai Huiwu Intelligent uses non-contact automatic identification technology, and its globally unique coded IDElectronic chipIt contains the gas source, capacity, and customer information of the transportation trip, and users can obtain relevant data through the terminal. The integrity of the electronic lead seal represents the safety and reliability of the valve seal of the gas vehicle. Once it is sealed, it cannot be opened, and only when it reaches the destination, it will be unsealed by a special person according to the procedure. If it is damaged by human beings or fails due to other reasons, the system will issue an abnormal alarm. By adding electronic lead sealing equipment to the LNG shipping capacity, the trading company realizes the functions of safety supervision, control and history traceability in transit, effectively avoiding the possibility of gas theft, adulteration and illegal operation during transportation, creating a precedent in the LNG industry.

The successful launch of this electronic lead seal has sorted out and improved the use process of electronic lead seals, accumulated operational experience, and laid a solid foundation for the use of lead seals in subsequent LNG tankers. It is reported that ENN has organized relevant training on the use of equipment, and will install all of them in the transportation capacity of more than 600 units of ENN and third parties in the near future.
