1. Project Background

It is required to collect the data of each instrument to the WN90 wireless management device through the 485 serial port or analog input to form a wireless sensor network, and send it to the monitoring center by means of GPRS wireless data transmission, and finally realize the wireless data collection and monitoring function.
3. Scheme design
The system plan is divided into three layers: equipment layer, communication layer and monitoring layer. The equipment layer includes accumulators, flow meters and multi-function meters, etc.; the communication layer includes WN60 wireless data acquisition device and WN90 wireless management device, etc.; the monitoring layer includes upper computer software, servers, workstations, printers, etc. The system structure diagram is as follows:
