The data monitored by the system is wirelessly connected to the wireless sensor network system of Xinli Technology, and the on-site environment is monitored in real time through the upper monitoring platform.

1. Project Background
Chemical industry is a high-risk industry. Since the production area is a flammable and explosive area, it is an inevitable move for the development of the factory to adopt modern technological means and realize digital remote monitoring in the production area.
2. Project requirements
Strictly follow the “General Technical Specifications for Safety Monitoring of Major Hazardous Sources of Hazardous Chemicals”, and the selected products in the design are configured in accordance with the “Specifications for the Installation of On-site Safety Monitoring Equipment for Irrigation Areas of Major Hazardous Sources of Hazardous Chemicals”. It mainly monitors the liquid level and temperature information in 6 storage tanks at the chemical site. The materials in the storage tanks are butanone, ethyl acetate, crude toluene, methyl ester and methanol, which are flammable and explosive liquids.
3. Scheme design
The monitoring system is a layered distributed network structure, consisting of a three-layer structure of equipment layer, wireless network transmission layer and monitoring layer. The equipment layer is mainly composed of wireless liquid level.sensor, wireless temperature sensors and other control equipment; the wireless network transmission layer is mainly composed of wireless data transmission devices, wireless management devices and other equipment; the monitoring layer is composed of computers, monitoring software and other main equipment.
