2. Project requirements
1. The 4000M signal is fully covered, and the rail car can switch wireless signals seamlessly.
2. Use single AP multi-signal amplifier mode.
3. Monitor the static state of the rail car through the monitoring background, and use wireless transmission control signals.
4. Power on/off of the power monitor on the railcar is wirelessly controlled to realize the static control of the railcar.
5. By monitoring the background software, simulate the running/stationary state of the vehicle, with friendly interface and simple monitoring.
3. Scheme design
1. The rail car is powered by power supply, and a power monitor is installed in each car. The power monitor can monitor parameters such as vehicle voltage and current to ensure the safe and stable operation of the vehicle. At the same time, the power monitor has a remote control function and can output control signals. , the control signal is wirelessly transmitted through the WN60 wireless data acquisition device of Xinli Technology.
2. A WN60 wireless data acquisition device is installed on each vehicle to collect and wirelessly transmit rail vehicle monitoring information.
3. A WN90 wireless management device is installed in the whole system to receive WN60 wireless signals. The WN90 wireless management device communicates the received signal with the monitoring background software through the RS485 link line, and wirelessly transmits the commands issued by the monitoring software to the WN60 to realize wireless data transmission.
4. The system is equipped with a set of monitoring software, which is used to monitor the status of the railcar and control the railcar to run stationary.
