1. Project Background

Luoding Power Plant’s new pipeline network plans to monitor the pressure, flow and temperature of the pipeline network. Due to the large number of collection points, the long distance and the troublesome wiring, wireless data acquisition and wireless data transmission are used to realize information detection.

2. Project requirements

It mainly monitors the pressure, flow, temperature, valve opening and other parameters of the pipe network, and opens and closes the valve when necessary. The system consists of monitoring center, communication network, measurement and control terminal and so on. The data acquisition terminal of each pipe network monitoring point can monitor and collect parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, etc., and at the same time has the remote control function, which can perform switch scheduling and display of pipe network valves. Data is stored in the database for analysis and decision-making by the control center and relevant departments, and can be stored for at least two years to improve work efficiency.

3. Scheme design

The system is a layered distributed network structure, consisting of a three-layer structure of equipment layer, wireless network transmission layer, and monitoring layer. The equipment layer is mainly composed of sensors (temperature and humidity sensors, pressure difference sensors) and other control equipment; the wireless network transmission layer is mainly composed of wireless It consists of temperature and humidity sensors, wireless management devices and other equipment; the monitoring layer consists of main equipment such as computer, monitoring software, and GSM SMS alarm module.
