2. Project function implementation steps
(1) Base station construction. Carry out base station construction work for Yongding Road community, including the construction of base stations on relevant campuses.
(2) Realize the SMS reminder function of students entering and leaving the school and the elderly calling for help outside. Select some students to try out the function of “SMS reminder for entering and leaving school” in advance; select the elderly to experience the service of calling for help in person. After that, the number of equipped identification cards shall be comprehensively considered based on practical effects and practical needs.
(3) Realize the function of calling for help text messages for the elderly at home. The community management committee is requested to select a number of elderly people to enjoy this service to provide the SMS reminder function for calling for help at home, and add the number of applications based on the actual application situation later.
(4) Install the experimental identification cards for state perception of manhole covers, light poles, lighting lamps, etc., to realize the alarm functions of illegal opening of the manhole cover, lamp pole tilting alarm, and abnormal operation of street lamps.
