At present, the whole process of cold chain and real-time temperature control is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in front of pharmaceutical companies, cold chain logistics companies and regulatory authorities. The development of the cold chain logistics industry also urgently needs to establish unified logistics norms and operating standards as support.

Enterprises use informatization to carry out real-time temperature control throughout the whole process

Due to technical limitations, some logistics companies currently use manual temperature confirmation for temperature management, but this method is limited to measurement during shipment and purchase, and there is a lack of continuous temperature control data in the transportation link. How to achieve real-time temperature monitoring and control in the whole process is one of the key points and difficulties in the cold chain management of pharmaceutical companies.

At the end of last year, Jiuzhoutong Pharmaceutical Group invested 300 million yuan to establish Shanghai Jiuzhoutong Modern Pharmaceutical Logistics Center. After reading the temperature record data of goods during transportation, it will be automatically uploaded to the temperature control data information platform. Customers can download the corresponding record data from the Internet at any time, so as to realize the realization of goods. In-transit information query, real-time temperature monitoring and geographic location tracking will fill the gap in temperature control in cold chain transportation.
