A Liang and Xiao Xuan took the three-year-old Xiao Mei to visit the Flower Expo. They first went to the official website of the Flower Expo to inquire about the relevant information of the Flower Expo, and found that there are “Popular Pavilion”, “Future Pavilion”, “Truth Pavilion” and so on according to different themes. As soon as they arrived at the flower expo venue, both A Liang and Xiao Xuan received a welcome text message from the flower expo on their mobile phones.

“Dad, it seems that the service center can rent a mobile phone for tour guides, do you want to rent one?” Xiao Xuan said.

Of course, A Liang, a fan of the Three C’s, said, “Okay!”

Walking to the venue, I found that there was a notice board explaining the venue at the entrance of the venue, and there was an “electronic experience badge” on the notice board. Aliang tried to take out the mobile phone to guide the venue, tap the sensor area, and found that the mobile phone immediately showed that the experience badge had been collected. Try to click on the phone, and find that the software in the phone can query the collected experience chapters, which is quite novel. Continuing to look around, I found that no matter beside the venue instruction sign or the flower instruction sign, there is an “electronic tag sensing” label that I have seen several times. Xiao Xuan found that after touching it, he could see the clubhouse from his mobile phone. Or a guided tour of flowers, you can explain it to the curious Xiaomei.

“Dad! What kind of flower is this?” Xiaomei asked.

“I don’t know either. Let’s try the mobile phone and check it out. “Hibiscus belongs to the mallow family, commonly known as Hibiscus, Hibiscus, Hibiscus, etc….””

“Dad! The electronic sign shows that there is a parade of floats, do you want to take Xiaomei to see it?” Xiao Xuan said.

“Okay, but do you know when and where?”

“Let’s go to the multimedia information station in front to check it out! The parade of floats will be held at 2:00 pm in Dajia Riverside Park, but it’s too big. I don’t know how to get there?”

“There is a venue guidance function in the mobile phone, and it can take us there.”

In the exhibition venue, Chunghwa Telecom will provide NFC mobile phones and NFC Bluetooth Dongle for the public to rent. The full name of NFC is Near Field Communication, which is translated as short-range wireless communication in Chinese. It has three modes: Reader mode, Card Mode, and Peer to Peer. In the flower expo venue, the Reader mode and Card Mode features will be fully used for the above-mentioned services: if visitors rent an NFC mobile phone, they can know the flowers and venues at the venue after tapping the RFID electronic tag of the tour guide. Introduce information; tap the RFID tag of the electronic experience stamp to collect the electronic experience stamp.

If visitors want to use their own non-NFC mobile phones to experience the venue services, they can also rent the NFC Bluetooth dongle directly. The staff will assist the visitors to transfer the venue application to the mobile phone through Bluetooth, and they can be used after completion. Since there are many mobile operating systems on the market, such as Java, Windows Mobile and Andriod, Chunghwa Telecom will try the most possibilities in order to serve the most people.

In addition, there will be 40 50-inch, 2 103-inch, and a super-large electronic signage board at the venue. Chunghwa Telecom has made an interactive electronic signage system for the flower blog this time. In addition to providing a very convenient function of loading and unloading multimedia media for the staff of Huabo, it will also control 30 multimedia information stations to play multimedia information when no one is operating. The interactive electronic signage system will be based on Chunghwa Telecom’s unique MOD network and equipment to provide the most stable high-definition media broadcast.

In addition, in order to increase the willingness of the public to visit the Flower Expo, the multimedia player (Set-top Box) has been developed for the first time to integrate technology with NFC. Dongle tap the card reader to complete the coupon download. In addition, coupons can also be inquired and downloaded from the multimedia information station. Finally, visitors can give the NFC mobile phone or NFC Bluetooth Dongle to the service staff to confirm the discount message when making purchases at the booth, and then they can enjoy the discount.

30 multimedia information stations will be deployed in 14 venues to provide venue information query services, including event times, traffic management information, etc. The commemorative picture cards and coupon functions are related to NFC. “Commemorative picture card” function, visitors can combine their own photos with the picture card style and electronic experience stamp designed by the conference into a commemorative picture card, and provide two output modes of “e-mail” and “print” , for visitors to choose.

Finally, due to the vast area of the Flower Expo venue, in order to allow the venue’s information and communication equipment to operate in the most stable conditions, Chunghwa Telecom will also provide a set of “information and communication equipment integrated management system” for the Huabo Operation Headquarters to manage all the information in the venue. Communication equipment, ranging from large switches and computer hosts, as small as equipment temperature or small USB devices, the system can detect its operating status and provide icons to display abnormal equipment locations, which is convenient for staff to manage.

Chunghwa Telecom, led by Deputy General Manager Li Yansong, joined the Head Office, North Branch, Mobile Communications Branch, Enterprise Customer Branch, Data Branch and Telecom Research Institute with rich R&D capabilities to invest in the Huabo project. To provide people with a forward-looking, innovative and rich moving service.
