Wuqi Oil Production Plant was established at the beginning of 2001. In addition, a large number of basic businesses of the company are still managed manually, including the entry, printing and reporting of a large number of business documents, data statistics, etc., which not only affects work efficiency but also is prone to errors, which cannot meet the company’s fast-paced and information-based management. At the same time, there is no organic synergy between various departments, and information cannot be shared in time, causing problems such as duplication of work and information islands.

Therefore, based on the actual needs of the company, combined with the first phase of the informatization project implemented in the early stage, the company urgently needs to establish a complete information system to standardize the entire operation process, so that the company can develop towards flexible manufacturing and refined management. Real-time and flexible market response, strengthen monitoring and management, improve production technology, improve product quality, reduce production costs, and establish a comprehensive information platform that meets the needs of the overall business development plan of Wuqi Oil Production Plant.

2. Demand analysis

The current overall requirements of the Wuqi Oil Production Plant in Yanchang Oilfield in terms of software information systems are as follows:

3. Implementation plan

In line with the progress of the first phase of the company’s informatization construction project and the actual needs in the management process, the implementation of the comprehensive information system of the oil production plant must follow the principles of overall planning and step-by-step implementation. After discussion, we believe that this comprehensive information system can be divided into two phases.
