On July 1, 2008, the Beijing Branch of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Bank of Communications) officially launched the consumer card system provided by Beijing Yichuang Technology Co., Ltd. The first batch of openings are Bank of Communications Financial Street Branch, Xidan Sub-branch, Tiantan Sub-branch, a total of 4 restaurants and 2 small shops. Subsequently, the 79 branches of the Bank of Communications in Beijing will also gradually use the new system.

The original consumption systems of various restaurants come from different manufacturers, which are incompatible with each other, slow in response, and have unequal accounts. After understanding and investigating the products of many product companies, the Bank of Communications decided to replace it with the EPOS consumption system of Yichuang.

The whole system adopts the TCP/IP architecture. The server (data service center) is set up in the financial street branch, and the switch is directly connected to the POS machine (PS7211-IP) through the internal network to each branch switch. There is no need to go through a computer in between.

Such a large-scale and large-scale use of the system places very high requirements on the system in terms of real-time response speed, data transmission reliability, database security and consistency. Some custom-developed content also has a lot of functional requirements for the system. Since the launch of the new system, the operation has been stable. No unbalanced accounts, inability to swipe the card, no food, etc., won the praise of various departments and employees of the Bank of Communications!
