The all-in-one card system of Tianjin Lead Curtain Wall, Door and Window Co., Ltd. is distributed in the office building, two workshops, canteens, and canteens to realize real-time aggregation of attendance, consumption and other data. Mainly include: ① Attendance system: the attendance machine that uses non-contact IC card and fingerprint identification system to realize the intelligent management of attendance. ②Consumption system: This system mainly includes canteen consumption system and commissary consumption system to realize one-card consumption management.

2. Establish an attendance system: clock in the office building and workshop attendance attendance (data can be collected from the system at any time and summarized). The attendance machine with non-contact IC card and fingerprint recognition is used to realize attendance management. The system must divide the attendance time into day shift, mid shift and evening shift to facilitate the calculation of different types of working hours. The system can handle various abnormal attendance situations such as weekly holidays, holidays, vacations, business trips, and overtime, and can define rest days and half-day work conditions; reports can be printed out or exported to Excel, Txt files, etc. When the cardholder swipes the card on the attendance machine, the attendance machine records and saves the card number, time and date of the person who swipes the card. The back-end PC can quickly and accurately analyze the attendance status of the cardholder according to the card swipe record of the attendance machine. The attendance situation quickly and accurately calculates the salary of the person who swipes the card.

3. Establish a consumption system.
3.1 Canteen consumption system (constant consumption, data can be drawn from the system at any time, and summarized). Fixed consumption is the consumption management system of Lead’s internal canteen. Enterprise employees’ meals are based on the fixed amount of each meal, and the amount of breakfast, lunch, and evening (night snack) is different. This is different from the complicated situation caused by the indefinite consumption of each person in public catering. The amount of each meal can be set at a fixed rate, and the statistics are simple. When the cardholder swipes the card on the dining machine, the dining machine records and saves the card number, time and date of the card reader. The back-end PC can quickly and accurately analyze the dining situation of the cardholder according to the card swiping record of the dining machine, and then The dining situation quickly and accurately calculates the cost of the card reader.

3.2 The commissary consumption system (consumption is not fixed, and data can be drawn from the system at any time and summarized). Unfixed consumption machine consumption: used in Lead’s internal commissary. The consumer machine can support offline work and is only responsible for deduction from the card. It can be equipped with a receipt printer to automatically print receipts for each consumption. The staff enters the total amount to be paid on the variable consumption machine, and the cardholder swipes the IC card to complete the payment. The back-end receives the consumption data from the consumer machine to the management center to perform account reconciliation and financial processing with the commissary.
