“Daqing Taxi Auto Supervision and Inspection Management System” integrates RFID technology, video recognition technology, network and communication technology, database technology and other technical means. It consists of taxi identification card (dual-frequency composite electronic tag), inspection subsystem, The network operation support platform and the taxi identification system management platform consist of four major parts.
The taxi identification card is a dual-frequency review electronic tag using RFID radio frequency technology. The electronic tag is installed on the front windshield of the taxi, one card for each vehicle, and vehicle information such as the taxi license plate number is written in the card; the “inspection subsystem” supports three types of inspections: vehicle-mounted, fixed and handheld Way. The system integrates organically with the e-government system of Daqing Transportation Bureau and the rental office to ensure the consistency of the rental vehicle file information and other information. Taxi inspectors can conduct inspection and law enforcement on driving or parked taxis by hand-held inspection machines, on-board inspection equipment and fixed inspection equipment;
The main function of the taxi identification system management platform is the issuance management of the taxi identification card (including the operation of reading and writing data in the identification card caused by the handling of loss, change, transfer and other services), the data entry of the blacklist of the identification card, Download management; manage the equipment of each inspection point, including online registration, operating status monitoring, etc.; monitor the image information and audit information returned by each inspection point in real time; provide various business-related statistical analysis reports; online software in the inspection equipment Upgrade and software version management.
The working principle of the system is: when the taxi passes the inspection point, the license plate recognition system of the inspection equipment recognizes the physical license plate number of the vehicle, and the reader in the inspection equipment reads the electronic license plate number in the electronic tag installed on the vehicle. If it belongs to a legal taxi in this jurisdiction, the license plate numbers obtained by the two methods are the same. If they are inconsistent, it is a licensed taxi.
The system has strong scalability, supports the improvement, expansion and upgrade of original functions, and the rapid development and integration of new business requirements. The overall structure of the system is shown in the figure below.
Highlights of this application case:
1. The project integrates RFID radio frequency identification and image recognition two high-tech high-tech, and for the first time the active electronic tags are systematically applied to the management of operating vehicles, which effectively solves the problem of years of difficulty in identifying fake vehicles in the transportation industry ;
2. The vehicle-mounted inspection equipment independently developed by our company is used for the first time in this project. The vehicle-mounted industrial computer has centralized management of digital power supply, integrated active electronic tag reader, wireless router and image capture card and other equipment, and is powered by the car battery , The industrial computer supplies power to the peripheral equipment of the vehicle system, and has multiple ports to meet the needs of various applications;
The implementation site is located in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province in the northeast. The electronic tags and inspection equipment have withstood the test of the low temperature climate.
