Project Overview

Parking problem
The traffic volume of the new town is relatively large. Not only the owners’ vehicles but also the surrounding temporary vehicles will enter the community for temporary parking. Therefore, there are some parking problems: (1) The traffic volume is large and the import and export are often congested. , The traditional management methods can no longer meet the demand; (2) There are many people entering and exiting, and the safety of vehicles cannot be guaranteed.
Requirements of the parking lot manager
In response to the problems faced by the new town, the management put forward the following requirements: (1) Only allow vehicles to pass, pedestrians cannot enter, and ensure the safety of all parking vehicles; (2) Eliminate traffic jams at the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and ensure that vehicles enter and exit Unobstructed.
Master plan design
Based on the requirements of the management of the new town, combined with the situation of the field investigation, Dashou proposed the following plan for the community: Adopting four-in and four-out PM910C parking fee management system (a total of four intersections, all using one in and one out Method), and cooperate with the use of three functions of two fence barriers, long-distance card reading and license plate recognition.
Solution process design
Temporary vehicles approach the entrance to trigger the sense of ground, the license plate recognition function will take pictures immediately, and the information will be processed and saved; the owner picks up the card/ticket on the C-type control machine at the entrance, then lifts the bar at the barrier gate, and the vehicle enters the community; when the temporary vehicle leaves the scene, Trigger the sense of place at the exit, the camera also immediately takes pictures for information processing, and automatically compares the information of the two entering and exits. If the two are consistent, the vehicle will not be allowed to leave the venue. After the owner pays the fee, the barrier will be raised. The vehicle went out smoothly.
The moon truck (owner’s car) is close to the entrance to trigger the sense of ground, the license plate recognition function immediately takes a picture, performs the information processing and saves; at the same time, the remote card reader reads the moon card, the barrier is raised, and the vehicle enters; the same is done at the exit According to the procedure, the vehicle can enter and exit the field without stopping.
Achievable functions
(1) Greatly shorten the time for vehicles to enter and exit the venue, and the congestion at the entrance and exit disappears. Temporary vehicles use self-service card/tickets to enter the venue, which greatly shortens the entry time; monthly trucks can enter and exit the venue without stopping through a long-distance card reader. Vehicles can enter and exit the parking lot quickly, further eliminating traffic jams at the entrance and exit.
(2) Adopt license plate recognition technology to ensure vehicle safety to a greater extent. When a vehicle enters and exits the parking lot, the camera will take pictures twice, and the system will automatically compare and verify when the vehicle exits the field. Only vehicles with consistent information before and after are allowed to leave the field.
(3) Fence barriers to prevent outsiders from entering. The two fence barriers can block the entrances and exits, which can prevent outsiders from getting in and out of the gaps in the barriers, thereby avoiding the theft of vehicles and ensuring the safety of the parking vehicles; the barrier barriers are also installed with smart return when encountering obstacles The device and the infrared anti-collision device have anti-smashing function to prevent accidents such as vehicles being smashed.
