Dongguan Kanghua Hospital covers an area of 375,000 square meters, with a construction area of 316,000 square meters, including 62,000 square meters of living area and 244,000 square meters of medical area. The living area is composed of seven 11-story residential buildings, four expert villas with a total of 16 conjoined houses, guest houses and commercial streets. The medical area includes 47,000 square meters of outpatient clinics and special clinics. It is composed of six 3-story buildings. The designed daily outpatient capacity is 10,000. The inpatient department is 58,000 square meters, consisting of five 6-story buildings, with a total of 2,000 designed beds; the VIP ward has a construction area of 24,000 square meters, composed of three 5-story buildings, and a total of 168 independent wards. The Medical Technology Department has 136,000 square meters, including 36,000 square meters in the basement, 100,000 square meters in four floors above ground, and a total of 63 operating rooms.

The conceptual design of Dongguan Kanghua Hospital was completed by the German HWP Hospital Design Company. It adopts a factory-style and modular design concept. It is currently the largest comprehensive hospital in South China.
Dongguan Kanghua Hospital is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. The overall planning of the system includes personnel access management, access control management, fingerprint management, attendance management, consumption management, conference sign-in, electronic patrol, monitoring and other application systems. Phase I has implemented 136 access control points, including procurement center, administrative building entrance, and products. Control the entrance and exit access points of 136 main channels such as the R&D center; consume 8 points, 8 F1 consumer machines, distributed in the two major areas of Kanghua, about 8 attendance points; nearly 500 monitoring points; 50 electronic patrol points ; Several meeting signs; The entire first phase of the project was formally accepted and delivered on June 30, 2006.
Dash C3 platform system: The C3 platform system is used to share Dash product data with the hospital’s SAP personnel management system, attendance, canteens and other data. Responsible for supporting the data of the entire C3 system, ensuring the synchronization and timely update of the data among the various subsystems of the C3 system, between the terminal equipment and the central database, and between the system and the docking management systems.
C3 Comprehensive Consumption Management System: There are 8 consumption points in the whole hospital and 8 F1 consumption machines, which are distributed in the two major areas of Kanghua Hospital. All employees of the hospital can use one card for consumption at any consumption point in the hospital, which is convenient for employees life.
C3 self-service system: Two self-service terminals are used to make the C3 self-service management system cooperate with the consumption management system, and through the self-service terminal to conduct subsidy distribution, self-service inquiries, self-service loss reporting, etc.
Attendance Management System: With 8 attendance points, it satisfies the attendance management work of Kanghua Human Resources Department for employees.
Access control management system: Five access control units with one control and two access control units, 3 fingerprint access control units and 38 eight-door access control units have completed the personnel access control for the main entrances and exits of the Kanghua Computer Room Center, Financial Center, and Medical District.
Conference sign-in system: 2 conference sign-in devices are used to meet the statistics of meeting and non-participants in various meetings, which is convenient for the arrangement of various meetings
Card Management Platform System: Responsible for the comprehensive services of cardholders in the hospital, divided into individual and batch services, including account opening, authorization, account withdrawal, card replacement, loss reporting/unlinking, freezing/unfreezing, card transfer, inquiry, and identity Parameter maintenance and cash recharge, etc.
Comprehensive settlement management system: It mainly realizes unified settlement and management of employee card accounts, and is responsible for the management, query, and statistical analysis of the consumption and settlement of each account of the employee card.
