At present, there are still weak links in the management of hospital operating room personnel and surgical clothes and shoes: for example, it is difficult to control the entry and exit of personnel, the efficiency of surgical clothes and shoes is low, the recovery of surgical clothes is not in place, the allocation of clothes and shoes cabinets is unscientific, and the scheduling of personnel is improper. Issues such as timeliness and untraceability of medical behavior.
With the development of digital operating room systems, the introduction of information technology into the operating room dressing area management process to realize the automatic and intelligent management of the issuance and recovery of operating clothes and shoes has played a very important role in the management of the operating room.[3-4]. Therefore, this article builds an operating room medical behavior management system based on RFID technology and automatic receiving and dispatching technology to highly integrate personnel information collection, information identification and binding, and hospital scheduling systems, modularizing the entire system, and standardizing operations. The management of the operating room reduces the management cost of the operating room, thereby effectively solving the cleanliness management problem of the operating room in the hospital.

With the development of medical technology and the continuous improvement of the requirements for the quality of surgery, higher requirements are put forward on the operating personnel and the operating environment. This article combines the actual situation of the hospital, integrates the access control system, the automatic receiving and sending system, and the storage technology. Through specialized hardware equipment and leading artificial intelligence technology and interface technology, the solution of intelligent operating room cleanliness management and medical behavior traceability is constructed. plan. The system is based on the daily work flow of the entrance and exit of the hospital’s operating room. It applies information technology and automated control technology to the intelligent control and management of the dressing area of the operating room, which can realize the intelligent distribution and recovery of surgical clothes and shoes, and the clothing and shoe cabinets. Automatic distribution management has formed a set of intelligent medical behavior management system, which is convenient for managers to understand the management of operating room in real time. The business process is shown in Figure 2.

As shown in Figure 2, the system is connected through the same local area network and seamlessly docked with the hospital’s surgical scheduling system. A set of automatic sliding doors with a credit card recognition device integrated with the hospital’s surgical scheduling system is installed at the entrance of the operating room. Medical staff enter the operating room after access control (card swiping) verification, and use smart hair dryers and shoe dispensers to distribute surgical clothes and shoes, swipe their cards to receive smart clothes and shoes cabinets to store clothes and shoes, and use smart recycling machines to recycle waste before leaving the operating room. Clothing, shoes, through a set of systems and effective operating room management business processes, optimizing the management of the dressing area, effectively reducing the workload of nurses, providing information-based management methods, and promoting the cleanliness control of the operating room.
In addition, the system customizes the intelligent access management mechanism for the transfer process of the patient channel, tracks the patient’s whereabouts through the Internet of Things technology, and performs intelligent guidance and complete process records based on a single patient, which facilitates the rapid transport of surgical patients by the nurses and eliminates the transfer of patients Wrong phenomenon, reduce the preparation time for surgery, improve work efficiency and resource utilization.

System implementation
This article uses the Internet of Things RFID technology to realize the identification and admission management of surgical medical staff, the issuance and recovery of surgical clothing and shoes, and the traceability management, the intelligent management of electronic clothing and shoe cabinets, strictly control the entry and flow of surgical personnel, and establish surgical resources The intelligent management system and personnel behavior ensure the safety of surgery and infection control, while realizing the efficient use of operating room resources, and improving the efficiency and management level of the operating room. The highlights of the system implementation are as follows:
(1) Intelligent recognition
The system is seamlessly connected with the hospital card and the surgical scheduling system. It automatically reviews the operating room access mechanism of medical staff according to the surgical scheduling situation on the day. The identity of the personnel entering and leaving the operating room is verified by swiping card recognition. If the verification is successful, it can automatically turn on the electric Move the door and let it go, otherwise it will prompt you to enter the operating room without permission. This method changes the cumbersome process of manual identity verification, inefficient, and unrelated personnel entering the operating room.
If the people entering the operating room are temporary personnel, such as leaders, VIPs, visitors, and suppliers, they can open the door by contacting the relevant department personnel to enter.
(2) Intelligent distribution and recycling
Connected with the hospital’s HIS and surgical scheduling system. When receiving surgical gowns and shoes, medical staff must pass the IC card on the smart issuance machine to complete the authorization verification of the staff to receive surgical gowns and shoes. (4) Intelligent disaster recovery
In view of the overall power failure of the external environment, the client system loses the connection with the server, and the client system cannot work normally. The system uses the server backup disaster recovery and offline mode dual processing methods to ensure the normal operation of the system and data to ensure the normal operation of the system and data. The data-centric application process will not be chaotic.
Server backup and disaster recovery: The system structure uses a dual server mode. When the main server is abnormal, the disaster recovery backup system will directly switch to the backup server;
Offline mode: When the external environment loses power and the system loses the connection with the server, the client system will automatically switch to the local mode, and the generated data will be stored in the local database. (5) Intelligent traceability
Medical behavior traceability: The system automatically records the behaviors of medical staff entering and leaving the operating room, using surgical gowns, shoes, surgical gowns, and returning shoes, so that medical behaviors can be traced, providing a strong guarantee for the management of the operating room.
Patient path tracing: RFID technology is used to associate the unique number of the wristband with the patient’s information. (6) Intelligent deployment

(7) Smart guidance
Combined with RFID identification technology, it can monitor the area where the patient is located in real time, and control whether the patient can enter the area according to the patient’s surgical procedure. The system can automatically display the patient’s path through the large screen, which is convenient for medical staff to guide the patient to the next surgical area, and realize the intelligent and safe guidance of the patient’s surgical path.
(8) Intelligent analysis
