The “Perceived Taihu Lake Smart Water Conservancy” project is one of the twelve key demonstration projects for the application of the Internet of Things in Wuxi. 1. 2. Intelligent dispatching: build a two-way controllable networked information interaction and dispatching system for vehicle and ship resources and human resources, including intelligent dispatching of cyanobacteria salvage vessels, intelligent dispatching of cyanobacteria transport vehicles, and real-time communication between water conservancy managers and smart water conservancy information centers Two-way information exchange.
3. Intelligent management: Integrate the Internet of Things technology with existing information center resources to expand its intelligent management functions. Centralized management of data in the process of cyanobacteria salvage, transportation, processing, and reuse; combined with the visual dynamic user interface of the geographic information system; disposal and processing of cyanobacteria lake flooding through intelligent emergency plans; data integration and integration of the sensor system of the algae water separation station Centralized management to improve production efficiency.
A four-layer model is adopted for management. Intelligent perception scheduling is at the lowest level, responsible for the collection of information, including water quality, blue algae and other information; the collected information is transmitted to the existing information center equipment of the Water Resources Bureau for processing through GPRS and other means, and the highest level , The intelligent management service layer uses the processed data to monitor the water quality and salvage ship conditions to achieve the purpose of intelligence.
The “perceived water conservancy” Internet of Things integrated system will mainly include three major parts: one is the intelligent decision-making system for flood control and drought prevention command; the second is the intelligent water environment management system; the third is the intelligent water management system. At present, the technical information platform of the flood prevention and drought prevention intelligent decision-making system has been basically completed, and the next step will be to use the Internet of Things technology to upgrade and improve. The first phase of the Taihu Lake perception project of the intelligent water environment management system has also been basically completed. Through the construction of the “perceived water conservancy” Internet of Things integrated system, it will comprehensively improve the informatization and intelligence level of flood control and drought prevention decision-making, water environment governance, and water resource management, realize intelligent perception, intelligent dispatch and intelligent management, and build a domestic leading, A world-class water conservancy information system.
The “Blue-green algae lake pan-intelligent monitoring and early warning and blue-green algae salvage processing intelligent management and scheduling Internet of Things system” built in the first phase of the project is the first achievement project of the “algae control and water protection” project in Taihu Lake in combination with the application of Internet of Things technology. The high attention and support of the leaders of the Ministry of Water Resources and Jiangsu Province is an innovative project to apply advanced Internet of Things technology to manage Taihu Lake and benefit the people. This project has received great attention from the leaders of the Ministry of Water Resources since the project demonstration.
