In accordance with the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” guidelines of the Ministry of Communications, Zhejiang Province will focus on “digital port and shipping” to realize the sustainable development of water transportation, strengthen the integration and comprehensive utilization of information resources, realize intelligent decision-making, and promote the development of related enterprises and industries. developing.

The collection of inland waterway navigation information has always been an important subject of exploration and research by maritime management departments. Due to the lack of suitable channel sensing technology, the collection of inland waterway navigation information has so far remained at the level of manual recording and observation. The reuse value of the water is not high, which weakens the support of ship navigation information for decision-making on channel construction. In response to this problem, there is an urgent need for a technical means that can perform detailed management of ships, solve the islands of inland water navigation information, and enable the navigation information of ships to enter the port management information platform and integrate with other system data.

According to the actual situation of inland river traffic in Zhejiang Province, a channel card reader is installed on the channel, and the card reading distance is required to be more than 200 meters. Allocate electronic labels for ships. The data in the electronic labels on board include: 12-digit electronic label number (unique), other basic information of the ship (ship license plate, ship owner information, tonnage, registration place, …), ship visa Information, etc., and have functions such as tamper-proof and data encryption. In this way, a ship dynamic information collection platform based on RFID radio frequency technology is established and integrated with other business systems of the port and shipping system.

The Hangzhou-Jiakou Zhakou management electronic label system adopts 2.45G active RFID identification, anti-dismantling, and long-distance identification technology to realize the dynamic collection of ship operation information in the jurisdiction and meet the needs of ship dynamic supervision in the Hangzhou-Jiaxin area. RFID shipborne electronic tags have a unique ID number. When the electronic tag is issued, the ID is bound to the ship’s license plate, tonnage, and crew information through the RFID shipboard electronic tag management subsystem. When used by the user, the shipborne electronic tag is installed in the ship, and its ID number is used as the ship’s ID card to identify the ship. The channel card reader recognizes the ID information periodically sent by the electronic tag and collects ship data in real time. The functions of the system include: ship information collection in the environment of inland waterways, processing of collected information, release of collected information, electronic label management, collection of information sharing, etc., to improve ship operation management and strengthen ship service capabilities.

Highlights of this application case:

1. For the first time, inland shipping adopts 2.45G active RFID identification and anti-dismantling technology to remotely identify ships and improve the safety and reliability of the ship’s identification system.

2. RFID as a platform for identification, short-range communication, and wireless sensing technology

Considering from multiple perspectives such as advancement, availability and maturity, it adopts 2.45Ghz active RFID technology, and closely integrates with the 2.45Ghz air interface standard that is being formulated in my country. This standard fully considers the application of 2.45Ghz Internet of Things, which will form RFID and things. In the field of networking, there are national standards with China’s independent intellectual property rights.

3. RFID on-chip operating system

COS, an operating system built on a standardized RFID command set, file management system, state machine management system, and anti-collision mechanism, will provide a stable, reliable, and scalable embedded software platform; integrate COS into the real-time operating system of smart terminals .

4. RFID security authentication algorithm and process

Use (key seed + random number + fixed constant) to perform SHA1 operation, XOR the operation result with plaintext data to get the ciphertext, extract the random number during decryption, and then use (key seed + random number + fixed constant) to perform SHA1 Operation, XOR the result of the operation with the ciphertext to restore the plaintext.
