The temperature label can be tightly attached to the instrument, and the fixed method currently provides circular and cylindrical probes, which greatly reduces the temperature difference caused by poor contact.
The existing probe cable supports high temperature resistance of +220℃, has the characteristics of compression and tension resistance, and the length of the probe cable can be up to 300cm, which can be flexibly installed in various harsh environments under the car.
The label has an advanced power-saving mode and an open setting function. The user independently sets the temperature label sending interval, receiving interval, recording start, and recording interval. When the train returns to the terminal at night, it enters the stop recording mode.
From the start of the system to the present, the east line of the Hong Kong Metro has sent back information through temperature control, and successfully detected train failures in advance, preventing the train from becoming paralyzed on the road.
