Parking lot overview
The parking lot of the project is an underground plane parking lot with two entrances, namely 2 in and 2 out. They are located at the north gate at the junction of Lianyue Road and Jiahe Road and the west gate at Lianjing Road, both of which are interconnected passages. The parking lot has a total of 440 parking spaces, divided into fixed parking spaces (fixed vehicles corresponding to fixed parking spaces, for monthly vehicles and internal staff vehicles) and temporary parking spaces (for hotel customers and famous products center customers). The parking lot is mainly used for monthly vehicles (office building employees) and hotels and famous customers. The ratio of the two is 2:3. The hotel customers’ vehicles are free of charge with their consumption invoices, and the famous product center customers’ vehicles spend more than 400 yuan to park for free, and the parking fee for less than 400 yuan is halved. Parking problem

2 The traffic volume is large, the traditional way of management efficiency is low, and the congestion is aggravated
The project is located at the junction of Jiahe Road and Lianyue Road. There are many vehicles, and there are also many vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot. 3 Insufficient supply of parking spaces
In addition to fixed parking spaces, the parking lot is mainly open to hotel customers and brand center customers. Due to the large number of customer vehicles, parking spaces in this parking lot are relatively tight. Especially during peak shopping periods, the problem of insufficient parking spaces in the parking lot is highlighted. After the vehicle enters the parking lot, there is no parking space, which will cause traffic congestion in the parking lot.
4 The phenomenon of “parking spaces” is serious, and the utilization rate of parking spaces is low
Before the introduction of the parking lot system, the parking lot was open for free, making it convenient for customers to shop and office staff to park. The personnel are relatively complicated. Therefore, there are certain hidden dangers in the safety of the vehicles, and the property safety of the owners cannot be guaranteed.
Design
In order to solve the above parking problems to further improve the management of the parking lot and enhance the consumer experience of users, the project leader of Paragon Center sought a solution from a manufacturer, and finally obtained the following parking lot scheme design: the parking lot adopts 2 in and 2 out. The PM910C card ticket is combined with the parking lot charging management system. The two entrances and exits of the north gate and the west gate adopt one entry and one exit, and have an image comparison function section; considering that the parking lot is relatively large, and there are partitioned parking and management, it is effective To guide vehicles in and out of the field, there are also multiple parking guidance signs on the main roads in the parking lot. Stationary vehicles are entered and exited by direct card swiping. Both hotel customers and patrons are temporary vehicles that enter and exit the venue through self-service ticket collection.

Fixed vehicles include internal staff vehicles and monthly vehicles. 2 Temporary vehicles
Temporary vehicles include hotel and famous product center customer vehicles. 2 Temporary vehicles
When the temporary vehicle leaves the field, the sense of ground at the exit is triggered, and at the same time, the camera captures the vehicle again for comparison by the administrator, and the information is consistent before it is released. Among them, hotel customers’ vehicles can leave the venue without payment on the basis of consumption invoices or vouchers; while temporary vehicles need to calculate the parking fee according to the amount of the consumption invoice. If the consumption amount is more than RMB 400, they can leave the venue without paying the fee. If it is less than RMB 400, but If there is consumption, the payment will be made according to half of the fee that should be charged in the temporary charging standard. If there is no consumption, the temporary vehicle charging standard will be charged in full before leaving. Functional performance

3 The ticket collection method saves costs, the information is clear, and it can easily cope with large traffic
The temporary vehicles of the system adopt the self-service ticket collection management method, which has two major advantages: First, it saves costs and can easily cope with large traffic. Each roll of parking paper tickets can be taken 3000 times, which reduces the cost of investment and the frequency of replacement, which is fully enough to cope with the large traffic volume.
