Shenzhen Tian’an Digital City occupies an area of ​​about 300,000 square meters, with a daily traffic flow of about 60,000 vehicles in the office and residential areas. After on-site inspection, combined with the actual needs of Tian’an Digital City, the proposed design system architecture adopts industrial-grade TCP/IP networking, and the management mode will be changed from the previous “independent control, separate management” to “site control, centralized management” . The overall system topology is:

·Bottom layer: professional industrial computer, industrial image processor, entrance and exit control machine-“application layer”.

  Workspace

The large ground parking lot adopts T6 type control machine, equipped with MAG25 type high-speed car stop (the brake lever take-off and landing time is less than 1.8 seconds), and the system technology platform adopts stable and mature rainproof “card-type” hard paper ticket + SL01 long-distance reading and writing The system (sensing distance ≤ 15 meters), and is designed as a top-mounted type, the read-write surface of the sensor card is perpendicular to the ground lane.

The underground garage adopts T12 type mini control machine, and is equipped with D6 type car stop (the brake lever take-off and landing time is less than 4.5 seconds). For the convenience of internal owners, the reading and writing system also adopts the SL01 long-distance reading with a sensing distance of 3~15 meters.   Residential area

The selection of controllers and stoppers for surface parking lots and underground garages is the same as that of office area equipment, except that the reading and writing systems all adopt IC technology, which can be expanded and compatible with other all-in-one card equipment. Except for the underground garage of Golf Longyuan, which needs to be open to monthly trucks and temporary vehicles, the underground garages of other residential areas are only open to authorized residential monthly trucks. The entire parking lot management system is designed in a distributed structure, and the system network structure is shown in Figure 1.

The database server is the core of the system, and the entire system is coordinated and managed uniformly. The parking lot management system forms an independent subnet, which is connected to the property management subnet of Tian’an Digital City, and is integrated into a larger all-in-one card network system. The entrance and exit workstation in the parking lot management system manages and monitors the terminal equipment in real time—controller and car stopper work. The workstation uses TCP/IP communication protocol to realize data transmission and sharing with the upper management computer.

The road surface of the vehicle is about 15 meters wide, and it is designed to be two-in, two-out and four-lane. In order to optimize road resources, rationally divert incoming and outgoing vehicles, and alleviate traffic pressure, the design is as follows:

Modification plan

In order to effectively increase the traffic rate, the entrance adopts paper ticket + long-distance reading and writing technology, equipped with high-speed car stopper; each of the two exit booths is equipped with a professional industrial computer, industrial image processor, barcode scanner, document capture camera, Switches, UPS and other equipment.

Install entrance control equipment on the safety island next to the right lane at the entrance. A set of one-in-one-out control equipment can be installed on the middle safety island, and exit control equipment can be installed on the safety island beside the right lane at the exit to realize two-in and two-out. The power cords, video cables, and communication network cables of the entrance and exit equipment are connected to the power box, industrial control computer, and switch of the exit guard post along the PVC pipes embedded in the safety island.
