Traveling requires comfort and safety, CFON640 helps the national EMUs to build
[ad_1]
In recent years, more and more people use high-speed rail as their preferred mode of transportation when traveling, because taking high-speed rail EMUs is safe, convenient and comfortable. In order to create a safer and more comfortable riding environment for passengers, COREWISE’s CFON640 assisted the national EMUs to form an EMU on-board mechanic inspection operation management system.
Currently, the system has been piloted in Shenyang and Harbin high-speed trains.
System functions
The system installs long-distance RFID smart tags on key parts of the EMU, and then the on-board inspector of the EMU takes our COREWISE multifunctional portable industrial handheld terminal CFON640, and automatically knows the corresponding area when approaching the RFID electronic tag. Internal job tasks and execute them.
Since COREWISE’s handheld terminals all support 4G full Netcom, the system enables relevant departments to realize real-time remote monitoring of the work progress of the on-board mechanics, as well as support inspection reminders, delayed inspection alarms and other functions. The system presets inspection tasks in advance, and the terminal equipment comes with GPS and Beidou positioning, which can automatically plan the optimal inspection route according to the actual situation to ensure that the operation process is standardized, the progress is visible, and the quality is controllable.
CFON640 supports an 8-megapixel auto-focus camera. If a fault is found during the inspection, you can use the handheld terminal to take photos and videos of the key faults and report them back to the system database in real time.
When a difficult fault occurs in an EMU during operation, the emergency command center personnel can immediately transfer information about the operating range, speed, and failure of the EMU, and provide the telephone numbers of the on-board mechanics, emergency command center, technical experts, supervisors and other relevant personnel. Unified access to the multi-party communication platform, through the emergency command system and the on-board mechanic’s handheld smart terminal CFON640 connection, real-time transmission of images and voice information, “zero distance” and accurately command the on-board mechanic to deal with faults, greatly reducing the emergency response time.
System advantages
The EMU onboard mechanics inspection operation management system, combined with the onboard mechanics’ technical operation charts, reminds, records and monitors the operation process of the EMU onboard mechanics, and comprehensively evaluates the outgoing operations, so as to manage Participants can learn more about the on-board mechanics’ work conditions, realize the shift from manual management to information standardization management of the train crew management work, and solve the problem of standardized operation supervision of on-board mechanics.
