About ETC:


ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) is the electronic toll collection system, which is currently the most advanced road and bridge toll collection method in the world. When the traffic volume reaches a certain level, manual toll collection or semi-automatic manual toll collection methods will become less and less suitable for the needs of traffic development. After getting up, vehicles can pass. In this process, vehicles should slow down appropriately when entering and exiting the dedicated lane, and keep a certain distance from the vehicle in front. This toll system takes less than two seconds to charge for each vehicle, and the capacity of the toll channel is 5 to 10 times that of the manual toll channel.

ETC generally includes: On-board unit OBU, roadside unit RSU, embedded security access module ESAM, PSAM card, dual interface CPU card and key system and other components.
