1. System overview

2. System workflow

The clothing collection staff at the counter collect the laundry from the customer, write the customer information and clothing information into the electronic tag, and then string the electronic tag to the clothing. The clothes with electronic tags are packaged and sent to the laundry factory. The information of all the electronic tags of the laundry in the bag is read at one time through the UHF RFID reader, and the data is checked with the washing task list. After confirmation, the collection network and Handover between laundry factories. After the laundry is sorted, it enters the washing process. After washing, the clothes are sorted and packaged. 3. Introduction to the hardware of this system
This system mainly needs hardware to complete card issuance, card reading, card writing and other functions. The hardware required is as follows:

A. Card issuer. It is specially designed for electronic label issuance, which can realize fast issuance. It has the characteristics of anti-interference.

B. Reader. A high-performance product that supports simultaneous reading of multiple tags and multiple protocols. Support 4 external antennas at the same time, which can reduce the antenna investment cost.
C. G900E external antenna. The system uses a circularly polarized antenna, so that the effect of reading and writing tags is not affected by the location of the tags, and the working distance is up to 5-7 meters.
D. Laundry label

The system uses a laundry label specially designed for the laundry industry. The label is encapsulated by rubber material and has the functions of waterproof, high strength, arbitrarily bending, high temperature resistance, and washing resistance. The label adopts EPC GEN2/ISO18000-6C international standard protocol.

4. Functional modules and features of this system
It is mainly composed of the following 8 functional modules: clothing collection at the counter, clothing collection at the counter, laundry factory handover, clothing inventory, clothing query, clothing collection statistics, customer management, and system settings.
A. Counter collection
This module is composed of a card issuing machine and a counter collection function module. Counter staff send user information and clothing through the card issuing machine.

C. Clothing inventory
This function consists of a card reader and an inventory function module. The operator can quickly, accurately and efficiently complete the inventory of the clothes in the store. At the same time, this functional module can also provide a quick search function to cooperate with the work of picking clothes at the counter.

D. Handover of laundry factory

This function is completed by the card reader and the handover function module. The transfer personnel scan the transferred clothes through the readers installed in the laundry factory, and check the scanning results with the task list to confirm whether the delivered clothes are consistent with the actual delivered clothes.

E. Clothes query
