[ad_1]
Project name: Shenzhen Dayawanping nuclear power line GPS inspection management system
Time of winning bid: May 2011
Application product: WM-5000PH
Project Overview
The Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant is China’s first large-scale commercial nuclear power plant. It is located in the east of Shenzhen City, 45 kilometers away from Hong Kong in a straight line. It is China’s largest Sino-foreign joint venture. The Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station is located at: 22 ° 36 ′ 02.70 ″ north latitude and 114 ° 32 ′ 57.75 ″ east longitude. The Daya Bay Nuclear Power Base, located in Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, is the nuclear power base with the largest installed nuclear power capacity currently operating in China. It owns the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant and the Ling Ao Nuclear Power Plant Phase I two nuclear power plants with a total of four million-kilowatt-class pressurized water reactor nuclear power units, with an annual power generation capacity of nearly 30 billion kWh. Among them, 70% of the electricity produced by the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station is sent to Hong Kong, accounting for about a quarter of Hong Kong’s total electricity consumption, and 30% is sent to the Southern Power Grid; the first phase of the Ling Ao Nuclear Power Plant is all sent to the Southern Power Grid.
The 4 contact patrols currently used in the 220KV Pinghe line are seriously aging, 2 of them can no longer read data, and the original equipment manufacturers of the existing patrols have stopped production. In addition, the patrol information button installed on the iron tower in the current patrol inspection system is often stolen, resulting in the inability to collect data. In order to meet the line quality requirements, the existing inspection system needs to be replaced.
Application situation
It is mainly aimed at the inspection of high-voltage poles and the corresponding line inspections according to the plan. The perfect combination of GPS satellite positioning and Google Maps. The route taken by the inspectors can be fully reflected on the electronic map.
The latitude and longitude coordinates collected by GPS can be used to accurately grasp the inspection status of the inspectors. The 220KV Pinghe line and Pinghe branch line have a total length of 38 kilometers and a total of 112 iron towers. Each high-voltage pole of the line is an inspection point. The number of monthly inspections can be set according to the plan. Arrange 4 groups of line patrol team members to conduct inspections, and each group needs to be equipped with a handheld inspection device.
Solve the problem
1. Through GPS positioning of the tower, and combined with the electronic map, you can clearly know the location of the tower and the direction of the high-voltage line, and can display it
The surrounding environment and the distribution of other high-voltage lines.
2. Record the time, stay time, and trajectory of inspection personnel to reach each base tower.
3. Avoid repeated entry of route data and ensure the consistency and accuracy of data entry.
4. Summarize and analyze the inspection data, and conduct inspections.
