The underground substation collects the signals of each sensor, and after signal conversion processing, transmits it through the ground center station of the transmission equipment box; at the same time, the underground substation receives the instructions of the ground center station to complete the specified tasks, such as control output. Transmission equipment is the signal transmission medium of the monitoring system, including communication cables and modems. The function of the ground center station is to display various monitoring parameters in real time, such as gas, carbon monoxide, wind speed, and temperature; important parameters can be stored and can be recalled at any time and historical data can be reproduced in a variety of ways; when the monitoring parameter value exceeds the limit value, it will automatically alarm , And automatically switch to the emergency state, so as to realize the function of analyzing the environment state, and provide a basis for the leadership decision-making.

The system is now equipped with 1 host and 1 standby machine, 1 modem, 1 data transmission interface, 6 KJ225F transmission substations, 6 power supplies, 24 KJ225S wireless receivers, and 1,600 KJ225K personal identification cards.

The personnel positioning management system is developed for coal mine enterprises to strengthen personnel management and ensure personnel safety. It can realize the underground attendance and real-time area assignment of underground personnel, and provide guarantee for the safety of underground personnel. The activation of the personnel positioning and attendance system will play a positive role in ensuring the safe production of our mines, improving the level of safety management, and further enhancing the ability of disaster prevention and relief.

Wireless communication system

The wireless communication system of Shandong Lutai Coal Industry Co., Ltd. Taiping Coal Mine is a KT23 system produced by Hangzhou Beichen Tiandi Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. The system is composed of central office equipment, mine wireless central controller, mine line extender, KTW13 mine base station, UT117 mine intrinsically safe mobile phone, mine flame retardant communication cable, etc. The current system is equipped with 30 KTW13 40MW base stations, 1 KTW12 wireless central controller, 1 KDW52 mine power box, 1 ESC-M7 dedicated 500MW base station, and 200 UT117 PHSs. The signal can cover the mine area and mine area. The main underground tunnels can cooperate well with dispatching telephones, and can play a supplementary role in the absence of dispatching telephones, ensuring normal communication.

Pump room automation control system and hydrological monitoring system

The system started to be installed in May 2008 and was developed by our mine in cooperation with Shandong University of Science and Technology based on the specific conditions of our mine. At present, one industrial computer, one PLC network controller, one control cabinet, various sensors, pressure gauges and electric actuator valves are installed. A total of 3 flow sensors and cameras were installed in the central sump, the sump of the 9 mining area and the drainage point of the 8 mining area. The system can monitor all-weather related parameters of mine hydrology and can realize the on-site and remote automatic control of the main drainage pump house in the Ethernet according to the requirements; it can realize data analysis, query, statistics, chart display and storage functions in the dispatch center and the pump house. Drainage automatic control; realize the monitoring target over-limit alarm. The system can be connected with the mine ring Ethernet system to realize online monitoring of mine hydrology and remote digital control. Due to the long-term threat of water hazards in our mine, this system can ensure that our mine knows the hydrological conditions of the site at any time, and promptly responds to the water hazard threat.

16-channel industrial TV monitoring system

In March 2005, our mine cooperated with Jinan Juyang Company to install industrial TV. As of June 2008, Jining Tianyi Company has upgraded it and adopted the Guangzhou Wetron DLP system to make the system more complete. At present, the system can monitor 16 points up and down the well for 24 hours, which improves production efficiency and guarantees Safe Production.
