I. Project Requirements:
Set up a “one-card” hotel network management system to meet the needs of various business operations and affairs management of the hotel. These include the following:
1. Consumption: dining, checkout, identity confirmation in restaurants, entertainment, business center canteens;
2. Finance: general ledger, reports, inquiries, etc.;
3. Access control: The consumer machine can also be used as a card reader, combined with the controller to realize the access control function.
II. Solutions
Under the system software platform, it is an advanced management method for comprehensive and unified management of catering management, entertainment management, financial management, background staff management and other systems.

Two PCs need to be connected to facilitate database management.
If the hotel already has a local area network, you can connect two PCs to the local area network to manage the database.
If there is no local area network, you can also connect two PCs through the HUB to realize database management.
If the scale of the hotel card system is not large, the management, settlement, and operating system can also be installed on a PC to operate the entire system. This eliminates the need for a local area network.

Application software: EAS800 easy cartoon software
Database software: Microsoft Access or Microsoft SQL
iv. Application software functional modules:
1. Easy card management system, used for system setting and distribution of consumer machines.
2. Easy card operating system, which can perform operations such as card issuance, recharge, and card return.
3. Easy cartoon settlement system. Settle the consumption data of the consumer machine.
4. Easy cartoon Microsoft SQL database creation program.
