3.5 Livestock slaughtering and segmentation management

Slaughtering and segmentation (2): After the slaughtering is completed, the animal carcasses enter the processing production line, and the carcasses are initially segmented. In this link, the livestock meat products will be classified and graded according to the location, quality and size, packaged into logistics units, and the EA·-UCC barcode label with the required information will be generated using the identification information transmitted from the slaughtering link.
According to different needs, two kinds of labels can be generated: box/box label and pallet label. If the product is to be distributed and retailed, a box/box label is generated, and the label should include: batch number, packaging date, slaughter and processing plant code, country of origin (region), livestock farm code, etc. If the product is to be stored and transported, a pallet label will be generated.
