The scale of the monitoring system

2. Function of monitoring system

Several technical points in project implementation
1. Selection of key equipment The selection of key equipment is extremely important in system engineering. 2. Signal transmission and equipment arrangement. In order to ensure the image quality index, the black and white camera selects the horizontal resolution of 5 lines, and the color camera selects the horizontal resolution of 480 lines. In long-distance transmission, the strength of the TV signal is ensured, and the net attenuation from the sender to the receiver is not greater than 3dB. In the design, consider adding a video signal amplifier to the line larger than this index to compensate for the line loss. At the same time, for the uneven frequency response that may occur in the transmission, if the unevenness is greater than 3dB, an electric drill equalizer is added to compensate. The camera installation point should avoid strong electromagnetic interference sources as much as possible, and the camera installation point should be stable and firm, within the field of view of the lens, and avoid direct strong light. The host equipment installation frame considers ventilation, heat dissipation and maintainability.
Three, grounding, power supply, shielding, wiring. The quality of the power supply and grounding of the system directly affects the anti-interference ability of the system. The general idea is to eliminate or weaken the interference, cut off the transmission path of the interference, and improve the attenuation effect of the transmission path on the interference. The specific measures are:
Grounding: The whole system is grounded at a single point, the grounding bus is made of copper wire, and a comprehensive grounding system is used. The grounding resistance should not be greater than 1Q. Strict isolation between them, separate power supply, and signals are concentrated in the central computer room.Due to the scientific and reasonable grounding measures, the anti-interference of the system is effectively guaranteed.
Power supply: The power supply of cameras, controllers, monitors, etc. is centrally supplied by the control room.
The power supply of the system is led out of a dedicated circuit by the low-voltage power distribution panel. (It cannot be led out from the power distribution box). After the filter and the AC voltage stabilizer (also known as the purification power supply), it is supplied to the power distribution box in the control room.
Shielding: The video transmission cable, the power line and control line of the camera are all laid through metal pipes, and the metal pipes are grounded. The video transmission electric drill is not managed together with the power cord and control line.
Wiring Fu, power lines, and control lines are not co-located with power lines. The entire cable should be used as far as possible to transmit the electric drill and control wire, and manual connection and lengthening of the electric drill are not allowed.
Fourth, the maintainability of the system: in addition to the selection of equipment should have good maintainability, the project implementation should also fully consider the maintainability of the system.
