Huazhong Construction Machinery’s large-scale lifting equipment wireless monitoring project is a project that Xinli Technology has cooperated with in the past few months. It is mainly through our wireless products such as wireless measurement and control devices, wireless sensors, wireless telemetry terminals, etc. Parameters such as weight, angle, and wind speed are collected and transmitted, so as to wirelessly monitor the running status of the machinery, and at the same time, warn the data exceeding the limit.

1. Project Background
Zhengzhou Huazhong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is a joint venture of China Construction Machinery Corporation, specializing in the production of large and medium-sized construction machinery and hoisting machinery, which are often used in high-rise buildings, water conservancy, hydropower, highways, and bridge erection projects. Wireless monitoring is also gradually exerting its advantages during the production, testing and operation of major machinery and equipment.
2. Project requirements
Wireless data collection of real-time data such as lifting weight, horizontal and vertical angles, wind speed and hoisting trolley displacement during operation of large-scale lifting equipment is used to judge the working status of the equipment. When the real-time data collected is greater than the set alarm threshold, corresponding alarm information will be generated, and the operator will perform corresponding operations according to different alarm information to achieve the role of protection and control.
3. Scheme design
The system scheme is divided into three layers: equipment layer, communication layer and monitoring layer. The equipment layer includes wireless management device, wireless data acquisition device, wirelesssensorand other wireless products; the monitoring layer includes host computer software, touch screen, workstation, etc. The system structure diagram is as follows:
