Generally speaking, the emergency center conducts unified inspection and maintenance on a batch of vehicles at the same time. During the course of the work, there is a high probability that assets are moved and misplaced, or forgotten to be loaded into the vehicle. These errors can increase the inaccuracy of the maintenance records of the entire medical asset and reduce the quality of medical services. RFID can completely avoid these mistakes: staff can automatically identify all nearby tagged assets using a handheld reader. The data of these assets is transmitted into the background of the system, and the software system will immediately issue a warning if it finds that there are items missing. At the same time, the system will also automatically send asset information that needs to be disinfected and maintained when it expires. The statistics of all medical assets entering and leaving the warehouse will be recorded in the background of the system and updated at any time for the staff to consult.
