Application products:Jinwanma WM-5000PH3
Project Overview:
CLP Guangxi Fangchenggang Power Co., Ltd. is a large-scale Sino-foreign joint power enterprise in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Fangchenggang Power Plant is jointly invested and constructed by Hong Kong CLP Power (a subsidiary of Hong Kong CLP Holdings Group) and Guangxi Hydropower Group Corporation (a subsidiary of Guangxi Power Grid Corporation). 70% and 30% interest. The planned capacity of the project is 2.4 million kilowatts, and two 600,000 kilowatt coal-fired supercritical desulfurization generating units will be constructed in the first phase. The total investment of the project is about 5.5 billion yuan. Units #1 and #2 were put into operation in September 2007 and January 2008, respectively. After the completion of the first phase of the project, the annual power generation will be about 6 billion kWh. In addition to meeting the huge power demand of Guangxi coastal industries, it can also transmit power to neighboring areas. The company’s second-phase project work has been started in October 2006.
Application:
Mainly for the inspection of high-voltage towers, according to the plan to inspect the corresponding lines, the perfect combination of GPS satellite positioning and GIS, GPRS, real-time transmission of information to the management center, in case of some accidents, you can take pictures in time and send to management center; and can communicate with the management center in real time. Patrol personnel can be monitored and dispatched in the management center.
Using the latitude and longitude coordinates collected by GPS, the GIS geographic information layer can be dynamically generated to display the route map. At the same time, the line length can be calculated according to the longitude and latitude information of the towers uploaded in real time by the GPS inspection equipment, and the number of towers and the distance from the two-way substation can be calculated according to the positioning information. According to the type of poles and towers entered, the number of iron towers, the number of tension towers, the number of linear towers, the number of cement poles, the number of tension poles, and the number of linear poles can be automatically determined. These data are changed according to the positioning information. When the line is changed due to technical renovation or reconstruction, the data will be automatically updated as long as the relocation data is relocated. And show the new route map and route road map in GIS.
The real-time operation data of the power line is generated according to the daily upload of the line defects collected by the GPS line inspection equipment and combined with the input basic data and dynamic data of the power line, such as line maintenance records and equipment change records. It integrates GIS, GPS, GPRS and power line data management to form a complete, efficient and practical new mode of line operation management, maintenance management, data preservation and query.
Statistical query part collects the operation, measurement, inspection, and maintenance table data of the tower data part by line, and then sorts, counts, inquires, and prints.
Solve the problem:
1. It is possible to set up tower sections and inspection lines at all levels, and deploy inspection tasks for power lines at all levels.
2. Real-time monitoring of inspectors to achieve the purpose of centralized management.
3. Check the power line resource data to obtain more scientific inspection resource data.
4. It can be combined with the MIS system in the power system to conduct inspection inspections, and provide various line inspection work reports to the upper-level center.
